The replacement works much better.
Final update :I received the replacement frother and have been able to successfully use it for about 2 weeks. The customer service was prompt. My only criticism is that there was no communication from Amazon when the second frother was being shipped. The company said that Amazon would be sending it out to me. But I received no notification as to when it had shipped. It just arrived one day on my doorstep.If you want to use it to heat up milk then froth more milk, rinse out the container or the residual milk from the heating will burn.Second update:I received 2 replacement frother paddles fairly fast. In the meantime I have recieved several emails asking if I wanted a refund or replacement. I finally attempted to use the frother. It froths well but no longer heats up the milk, which it did the only time it ever worked properly. I have replied to the email I received last week from the company and this time asked for a replacement. I am awaiting a reply.Update: I reached out to the company to purchase a replacement frothing paddle to give it another try. The company is sending a replacement for free. I will update the review on 3-4 weeks after I get the replacement part.The first time that I used it, it worked well and I was pleased with the purchase. I hand washed the parts following the manufacturers directions, but when I attempted to put the frothing paddle back, it didn’t fit properly. I looked at the directions again, but it wouldn’t go back over the stem. I thought perhaps I had done it wrong. I tried to use it a second time, the milk burned and obviously it wouldn’t froth because the frothing paddle wasn’t in the proper place but I could not put it back as shown and I did not want to force it after it was washed.

Great frother!
I absolutely love this frother, I use it every day. But it had stopped working and wouldn’t froth. I went through the self troubleshooting and nothing worked. I tried again with new milk and it turns out if your milk is almost at the use by date it doesn’t froth! I opened a new milk and it frothed perfectly! Also the markings for the milk levels on the inside could be a little easier to see and it drips from the lip when you pour it but overall I love it!

Great Options
This has 4 different settings. One for thick warm, one less thick and the same options for cold milk. It works really well and you can make enough for 2 coffees at once. It’s the best milk fritter I’ve ever had.

Lost that loving feeling…
I absolutely loved this milk frother after the first time I used it! The warm milk setting heated to the perfect temperature. Everything about the product was so easy to use. Cleaning the inside bottom of the reservoir is somewhat difficult, but doable. I always get so excited after pouring the milk in and turning it on to wait for a cup of perfectly warmed milk for my cappuccino mix. Not today though- 4 short months after our relationship began- the heat is gone! I tried to find a link for customer service, but to no avail- only a message stating my return period has ended.

Updating my review as their customer service team is amazing and really go out of their way to help.This frother is nice is you want a basic froth for your drinks. It is small and compact and quiet. Heats the milk up nicely. Itâs a good level of foam for the price. Itâs also super easy to clean since itâs all one size. Buttons are easy to figure out and the instructions are clear.

Cold latte perfection!
I love a good iced matcha or iced chai. After reading the reviews, I opted for this model. In my old frother I would mix my Ryze matcha with non dairy milk and it would be perfect. Until it died. I use oat milk, so I put my milk in between the two max lines, added my Ryze, a squirt of agave and lavender sugar. Pressed the button until the cold like lit and off we went. Super easy! It’s very quiet and was done in no time. It had a light froth and a good blend. Perfection! I won’t be trying the hot modes until our triple digits are done but I’m very pleases with the cold performance. As far as cleaning,be gentle. You can’t get the bottom wet. That is easy to get around to clean after using. The magnet frother tool in the cup is great. No loosing it when rinsing out. Hope this helps other non dairy latte lovers. Update… have used it a handful of times now and I absolutely love this frother. Perfection each time!
