I’ve had this for a few months now and I love it. I use it just about every day. A lot of the reviews said it was hard to clean and I don’t know how absurdly clean they need this thing to be but all the parts that, to me, need cleaning are totally accessible.The other popular complaint seemed to be splattering which absolutely was a thing but for me it all stayed inside the cup. Maybe those reviewers were using an exceptionally short cup, or perhaps without the provided stand.It’s extremely simple to use with very few input options. I like a strong cup of coffee so I have admittedly never made a cup without the “bold” setting engaged, but every cup I’ve had has been very flavorful. I personally especially like that the “hot” setting doesn’t come out scalding. I like to be able to drink my coffee soon after it’s made. The cold brew setting is great and usually my go to. It comes out warm if you don’t mind it that way but it’s still cool enough that added ice cubes don’t immediately melt.Overall a great product and excellent for the money I paid.

AMAZING Cold & Hot Brewer
I am in LOVE with this coffeemaker! I am leaving a detailed review since this product is new and there are not many reviews on it.This is a dual purpose HOT AND COLD coffeemaker. The COLD brew coffee had an excellent flavor. I used 2.5 tbsp for an 8oz cold brew as opposed to the 2 tbsp I would normally use for traditional hot coffee. The cold brew finished brewing much faster that described in the directionsâit took about 3-4 minutes to complete. THE ICE REMAINED SOLID AND UNMELTED; this means that the cold brew function is brewing at the right temperature. Many current cold/hot brewers melt the ice in the cup during the brewing process, watering down the coffee. This one brewed at the perfect temperature and kept the flavor strong and the ice frozen. We added some heavy cream and Ghiradelli chocolate syrup for a delicious iced mocha.The hot brew function is easy to use and delivers a robust cup of coffee. There is also a BOLD setting to amp up the depth of your brew.The filter is easy to useâNO NEED FOR EXPENSIVE COFFEE PODS!! I no longer have to try to fill the reusable Keurig filters and spill grounds all over the counter. This filter is easy to fill and also EASY TO CLEAN! I just rinse it out at the sink and itâs ready to go. There is also no fine particles or grit in the coffee after brewingâthe filter does a good job of keeping the sediment out.The water reservoir is also easy to use. Inside the reservoir are markings indicating various amounts (8, 12, and 16oz). Or, you can fill up the cup you plan to drink from with water and pour that into the reservoir. You only put the amount of water in the reservoir that you need!The buttons are easy to use. When you hit the power button the machine lights up; the light turns off when the brew is complete. Simply turn the dial up for iced coffee or down for traditional hot coffee.At the base of the machine is a cup rest with drip tray for any extra drops of coffee at the end of the brew. The cup rest is easy to move and easily accommodates a 16oz cup. If you drink more than 16oz cup then it wonât fit under the machine. I purchased some Strata acrylic tumblers off Amazon; theyâre a perfect fit for the machine.Unpacking the machine was easy and there is really no setup necessary. You just need to take the filter out and wash the components for first use.The only quirk I have found with the machine is the filter housing and itâs lid. You have to twist the filter lid into the locking position before inserting it into the filter stand. Itâs easy once you find the marks, but you might have a little trouble lining up the marks at first.I am absolutely amazed at this machine for so many reasons. Comparative machines cost $100-$200. Right now Ninja and Mr Coffee have comparable products, but for a much higher cost and with a lot more functions (overly complicated). This machine is affordable and surprisingly simple to use. It makes hot or cold coffee fast. No gimmicks! Itâs size is perfect and take up way less space than my previous Keurig 2.0.I will never go back to a Keurig; in the end, all the coffee just tasted terrible no matter how many times I took the machine apart and cleaned it.I highly recommend this product!1. Itâs EXTREMELY EASY to use!2. Itâs easy to clean the filter and drip tray.3. The filter is easy to fill with grounds.4. Hot and cold brew FAST.5. Cold brew tastes strong and has great flavor!6. Not the best value for the money
UPDATE-I have only had this coffee pot for a month and now Iâm downgrading it from 3 stars to 2 since now when it brews it does not fill my cup even a third of the way. I use it for tea so all it is doing is running water through it and it canât even do that. DO. NOT BUY THIS! WASTE OF MONEY!Original review -This coffee maker has a small footprint which I like. It splatters when it drips into a regular size mug. A travel mug does better with it as it catches more of the splattering coffee. Coffee tastes fine, but Iâve had better too. Would be nice if the water reservoir was removable but itâs not. Itâs like those cheap complimentary makers in hotel rooms which are fine for a day or so, but not really what you would want for everyday use. Probably best for a college dorm or first coffee pot. Also works well for tea. All in all itâs okay, but for the money I was disappointed.

It’s great but it’s quirky
It’s a great coffee maker and compact for small space.Pros:The dial for hot or cold is definitely hot or cold. Won’t melt ice cubes if you’re cold brewing! Definitely finishes brewing within 1-2 minutes.Cons:It is badly shaped, the water reservoir opening is very small, so it’s not ideal to pour water in with mugs that don’t have a lip edge, otherwise you have a lot of water everywhere. When brewing, towards the end of the brew it will sometimes spudder with a lot of pressure making quite a mess.. it doesn’t take KCup pods but the amount of coffee in the pods is how much you want to put into the reusable basket otherwise the top will blow if you put too much. It’s kinda a pain to have to clean the basket out each time and not sure if they sell mini paper filters.Overall: It’s a good coffee maker and definitely easy to use but it can be messy.
