The best coffee bean or ground yet.
This coffee is so full bodied with not a hint a bitterness. So glad I found this brand. My copy is really important to me and I love it love it love it.

Even and smooth with a clean aftertaste not to bitter
Iâve tried several of this companies coffees and this is my favorite. It dose well from fine grind in an espresso maker, mid grind in a pour over, and even course in a French press. It seems to shine the best in a pour over, but thatâs to be expected. A+ for a mid price range coffee itâs hard to do better.

Delicious!
I love the taste of this coffee! It has a subtle chocolate flavor to it and wonderful aroma. I liked it so much that I gave it as a gift to a coffee lover.

Decent whole beans for less picky buyers.
Good:1. Pleasant nut-like flavor with a mild but attractive aroma.2. Taste good in both hot or cold brews: I tried brewing with an Aeropress using the inverted 2019 World AeroPress Championship recipe and immersion brewing in a Hario Mizudashi and drip brewing in a Dripo. Of the three, immersion cold brewing was best for me.3. Bagged as whole beans. I also prefer beans over grounds for better freshness and ease of storage.Bad:1. No roast date; very long expiry date: probably not as fresh as beans you would get from your local roaster or an online subscription. I suspect this caused the lack of detectable citrus profile as advertised.2. Above average-pricing considering the above.Overall, this is a good supermarket-grade coffee for everyday brewing and for less picky drinkers.Thank you so much for reading this review. I hope it helps in your decision-making process.

Great taste
I usually drink a dark roast but this has a smooth taste and a robust flavor. I’ll buy it again.

Very mediocre single-origin
I was initially excited to find what looked to be a single-origin vendor on Amazon, but came away very disappointed with Mt. Comfort’s product. I daily brew both blends and single-origins from local small roasters in my area using an Aeropress so I’m familiar with correct grind-size and measurements. Opening the bag for the first time the coffee smelled decent, but upon brewing my first cup I came away very disappointed with such a flavorless Peru coffee which almost tasted stale with none of the expected notes. I’ve had excellent and super fresh Peru varietal beans before and this comes across as something lacking any real body or flavor that I was expecting. Would not recommend this product and will not buy again from Mt. Comfort.
