I got a mug with two different pictures. one was well lit and turned out fine. the other unfortunately had some shadows which resulted in a grainy picture. mother in law still loved it.

It was easy to customize the mug and add a picture to the front and back of the mug. Just downloaded the image and chose the location and they did the rest. The blue color on the handle matched the color on the picture exactly. So easy to showcase my granddaughter’s artwork and create a lasting memento for her.
