I typically enjoy hot coffee but I switch to cold brew in the summer months. I’ve been very happy so far with this cold brew maker. It works well and it’s super easy to clean. The filter keeps the coffee grounds out and the brew stays fresh. The design is straight forward and it fits perfectly in my fridge.

looks good but bad design.
the fact that it tapers upward means that the amount of water exposed to grounds within the narrow metal tube when it is half full, is greater than the amount of exposure when it is full. For example: If you try to make 3 cups of coffee all the grounds are not submerged. if you fill it enough for the water to cover the grounds. the coffee is too weak.the holes in the metal tube are too large. only evenly ground course coffee works which requires a burr grinder. blade grinders will result in too much sediment and bitter flavor.The tapered shape also prevents it from being dishwasher friendly as water is unable to reach through the narrow top to clean the inside.I chose this one because it has a small footprint and was stylish. Perhaps it would be good for tea. Plus it was cheap, so 3 stars!
