I wish I could give six starsâ¦
The product is very good.I used a Nespresso machine in Europe and the coffee is just so much better than the Keurig we use in the US.I am talking about real coffee, not the warm milkshakes many Americans prefer.The traditional Nespresso machine had smaller aluminum cups, which this machine uses. They are very cheap in Europe from great brands like Illy, DE and Nespresso themselves with top quality coffee.As I say, I love the machine, super easy to use, and super easy to clean with great coffee for one or two cups at a time and choice between a Lungo and an Espresso or Ristretto.The even better thing is their customer service. I damaged the drip cup when it got stuck in the dishwasher and partly melted, I was hoping I could buy a new one from Casabrews, but immediately offered to send me a new drip cup free of charge. When it appeared they were out of stock, they promised to send me a new one in a few weeks when they came in. As there has been a delay in the delivery of the cups they now will send me a new machine! Best service I ever encountered! Really unbelievably good.Best coffee machine for the price for sure, coupled with best customer service, what else can you ask?

Good value, quality alternative
I bought this as a gift to leave at my GF’s house. Very happy with this machine overall. I will say, the warmup cycle takes a bit longer than either one of my name-brand Nespresso machines, and it does have a stronger vibration when running – I did witness my empty cup start to bounce and slide on the drip tray one time, so we do need to keep an eye on that. I did notice that the little legs on the bottom of the machine are actually suction cups, and if you squeeze these down onto the counter top, that helps to minimize the vibration. It makes a great cup of espresso, for about half the price of a name-brand machine. Easy to assemble, super easy to run. We’ve had it for about a month, and it seems durable, holding up to near-daily use with no issues. When it first powers on, the first cup thru doesn’t seem super hot, so I recommend running an empty cycle to get the machine fully warmed up, which helps to clean it anyway. Once it’s on and fully warmed up, it stays powered on for a good while, probably about ten minutes, so no need to repeat the warm up cycle when you’re ready for a second cup. So, overall, I do still prefer my Nespresso Citz machine I have at home, but this is a great alternative to the Essenzia Mini, for example, if you’re looking for Nespresso Original Line on a budget.

Mixed Opinion
Dealing with the machine is frustrating but it makes a great cup. Itâs a compact size. The water temperature is on the hotter side. Crema is fantastic. Works great with the capsules. What I donât like is itâs poor design. It comes in 6 pieces. The water compartment lid is small so it falls into the water bin frequently. The machineâs small size requires removal of base parts to fit a coffee cup for the Americano setting. (Which I love and why Iâm keeping it.) The capsule waste bin is 3 parts which donât fit together well making dealing with the capsule compartment a complete hassle.

Streamlined, Quiet, and Works Well
This espresso maker is good for small spaces because of its thin width. It is sooo much quieter than the last espresso machine we had, which is a welcome relief in the early morning. I love that it has a dial to select the amount of coffee desired.The one weird quirk is that when I’m doing bigger shots–lungo or Americano–sometimes the machine will start shaking and the cup will shimmy off the platform. The first time it happened I had my back turned so there was a mess to clean up. Now I keep an eye on it when brewing larger cups. A small price to pay for great coffee from a quiet machine. Recommend!

Great machine
For years I had a Nespresso branded machine. It was great but didn’t make your expresso hot unless you pre-warmed the cups in the microwave (I put water in them to heat, then emptied and then made expresso). Plus, the machine I had did not have different size selections and you had to stop it yourself when it got to the size you wanted. Then I purchaded this one. Way hotter then my old Nespresso, and I think the coffee made with this, from the same nespresso capsules tastes better. I like that I can select the size and it makes the correct amount. No guessing needed. I see no need to get the nespresso branded one.

strong vibration, it works, but!
i had hope it would replace my old original Nespresso machine, but no! i had to send it back.1) it works!!! very hot water, but 2 ) the vibrations are so strong, my small white italian espresso cup, slides off the silver stand,3) i cannot put my glass mug next to machine, due to the black plastic bottom plate.see pictures
