Makes excellent nitro coffee, fantastic purchase!
I was very glad we decided to go with this, it’s very simple to use and it makes great nitro coffee. Assembly was simple, everything was well packed. I recommend using the Nitrous Oxide chargers instead of simply Nitrogen based on the fact you only need one cartridge per batch and it makes the texture super fizzy and smooth! I have had no issues with leaking and it fits in the bottom section of our fridge door (barely). Any coffee lover should get this!

Top blew up in my hand ! DANGER!
This thing is a hazard. We had it in use for less than a month. While screwing in the top and charging it the threaded plastic pipe part of the compression top broke in half and blasted out like a projectile, tearing into my thumb and smashing into the ceiling like a rocket. It launched both the vessel top and the steel nitrogen canister like a bullet. It definitely would have hurt someone else as would the ricochet.Amazon has refunded us for this. A bigger issue is preventing injury to an unsuspecting consumer. This thing could easily take an eye out or worse. This part should be stainless steel and not cheap plastic. Do not buy!

Coffee even non-coffee-drinkers can enjoy!
I bought this with the hope of making a coffee which my partner, who hates bitter flavors, could enjoy.Assembly was pretty easy, most of the instruction steps had already been completed, all i needed to do was assemble the major components.I ground 110g of medium roast arabica beans with a Breville Smart Grind set to 48. I made cold brew with the Ovalware RJ3 using Third Wave classic minerals in distilled water, steeped for 24 hours at 34 degrees F. I filtered the resulting cold brew through Bunn 10-12 cup basket filter then poured the contents (1600ml) into the Royal Brew. Screwed the lid on tight and added 2 Best Whip N2 cartridges by screwing down quickly. Shook the Royal Brew and left in the fridge overnight.The result was visually indistinguishable from a Guinness (see video). The flavor is, of course, heavily based on the the cold-brew process leading into it, and removing the silt from the cold brew with a filter helped guarantee a smooth result that flows without plugging the stout nozzle and removing all silt will help it store longer without becoming bitter. My partner now enjoys coffee every day, so a definite success for me.

Worst customer service and takes days to answer emails!
I will never buy any of their products ever again! I got 2 of there “The Original Royal Brew Nitro Cold Brew Coffee Make” poor quality and there customer service is no existence! I was so disappointed in the non support as they asked me if I been using HOT COFFEE in a Cold Brew Coffee Maker?? This was their way to blame there customers and not take responsibility in their poor quality product! I don’t know about their other products. They have lost me as a customer forever and you should not support a company like this!!! What upsets me most is I sent an email explaining clearly what was the issue and that night I received an email asking for pictures as there site won’t let you attach pics, so I did send a few pics and 3-4 days later they ask are you putting hot coffee inside as they can’t explain why the silicon seal for the cartridges keeps blowing the seal into the coffee on the second cartridge. Just don’t buy!
