Libbey needs To learn how to measure.
These are nice little glasses, with the emphasis on little. They have a nice weight to them, they feel good in the hand but they do not hold 5.5 oz of liquid. If you fill the glass up to the brim it measures out at 4.5 oz. If you fill them to the expected full level you will only come up with 4 oz.
So while these are nice glasses they fall short in stature. If you are OK with just 4 oz of juice then by all means purchase them, if that is not enough to satisfy you continue looking.

Perfect Size Drinking Glass
I use my measuring cup and added 5 ounces of water to drinking glass and this was perfect amount to drink. Then I measure 6 ounce of water and fill drinking glass to very tip top of glass and it did very well holding 6 ounce of water. My daughter has heart failure and is recommended to drink only 6 ounces of fluid at a time. Perfect drinking glass for home and when traveling and also for young child to hold when drinking.

In my experience, the quality of Libbey glass can be highly variable, but these are made well and are of a very consistent quality. What I was looking for was something simple, traditional — the sort of thing that just blends in and works the way it should. Heavy in the hand, no seams, no sharp or overly rolled lip — just good and perfectly functional. These glasses offer all of the above in spades, and or a great price. My only small complaint is that for juice glasses, I find them a bit on the small side. But, they do match well with their other traditional style glasses, making for a very neat and well-stocked cabinet. What’s not to like about that?

It’s like an EXTRA LARGE SHOT GLASS.. Perfect for chasers!
The reason for the 3 star rating is due to the almost false advertising; just glancing at the product’s photos alone, one would’ve thought that these were regular-sized glass tumblers. Maybe it was my fault for not reading all the details before purchasing, but these are super small — my jaw dropped when I unboxed it. Point blank it’s like an extra large shot glass. I had a good laugh with friends over the size of these and they actually suggested I keep them as chaser glasses, and so I kept them and don’t regret doing so because yes, they do work perfectly as chaser glasses! Moral of the story: don’t buy these if you want regular sized juice glasses. They’re otherwise super cute and sturdy #thicke.

I wanted a heavy bottom style of glassware and the juice glasses, tumblers and short 8oz glasses are all perfect, we replace them as needed every couple years as we have granite counters and have broken a few. Good weight, perfect size, durable, never scratch. Can’t say enough good things, so happy to find these

These hold a half a cup, with a little extra glass at the top to spare so you donât spill. It is just the right amount for your morning juice. Iâve been using this exact glass for at least 20 years and never wanted any other.

Unfortunately my glasses are more oval than round. I feel this immediately when I hold them. If thatâs not the kind of thing to bother you, they work just fine. Otherwise, avoid. I got at a good sale price but would have been pretty unhappy if I paid full price.
Itâs a classic shape/size, which is perfect for juice, wine, espresso, or a kidâs glass.
