Great Deal
This is a great deal if you want variation on sleep tea. No one can touch the price cost if you calculate by the six items.I like to switch off every other night on two flavors at a time.I feel they help me with sleep but, I do add sleep aid pill because of my health conditions. The only one I’m not fond of in this set is the plain or regular box (dark green package) but, I’m going to try to add my own honey or vanilla extract to see if that helps the taste.

I have been having trouble falling asleep. Nyquil, Benadryl, Advil PM give me hangovers. I bought this variety pack, and wow. I drink 2-3 teas starting at 8, while reading or watching tv. Natural sleepiness comes over me, but the big bonus is the vivid dreaming. I am loving it.
