First the good.Good flavor. Smooth. Buttery Texture.The NegativesNo hint of rum flavorImpurities that appear to be from the bean folds. Not clumping from oils but pieces of the bean folds.Four stars because it’s still pretty good coffee for the price. But don’t expect quality butter rum for six bucks.

Very good; Low acidity
Very low acidity coffee. Smells divine, and brews up beautifully – BUT as Ilike it brewed which may differ from the norm.First, i prefer my coffee black with sugar – when i say “black”, i don’t mean “no milk/cream”. I mean strong & black…I don’t want to see the bottom of my cup through my brew. I want it dark and strong enough to strip wallpaper but without acidity. So i used twice the coffee & a finer grind.Perfection. So good.Next, I decided to try it in my espresso machine next (after grinding it finer of course) and it made a delightful shot of espresso. My hubby, who, for some unexplainable reason, only drinks folgers, asked me to brew up a shot and he loved it too.I’ll definitely buy this coffee again.

I am really enjoying my TORTUGA Caribbean Rum Cream flavored coffee. It was under $10, delivered quickly, and so yummy. The rum cream flavor adds a subtle, distinctive warmth to the wonderful, medium roast coffee. I will be purchasing this again, as well as trying other TORTUGA coffee flavors.

Just ok
While this is a good tasting coffee, It just tastes like plain coffee. It doesnât taste like rum or cream. I would not buy this again because it has no special flavor. Very basic and I even doubled The scoops are brewed with first I followed the bag instructions for the first pot. The second pot I doubled the scoops and it still is just plain coffee.
