I got the set with the 12 oz cups. They aren’t insulated, so they do get hot, but have a nice big handle to get a couple fingers through to have a good grasp on it. I was a little worried at first because of how lightweight it is, but it’s actually quite sturdy and functions well. The diffuser is removable, but very stable when in. I didn’t have to hold the top on like you see people do when they pour tea from a traditional tea pot. It is quick and easy to clean. I hand wash it because I don’t want to run any risks! I like that this is made of glass so that we can see the color of the tea that we make. It’s a different color every time! Since my kids like tea, I decided to have tea time instead of snack time. The glass is pretty without being too feminine for my son. I think it’s a modern take on a tea set and looks nice on display. It doesn’t come with a sugar dish, cream pitcher, cup plates and spoons, but makes up for that in more ways than one.

Beautiful and Great for Brewing Loose-Leaf Tea
This transparent, crystal-clear teapot is beautiful. I was initially a bit nervous about using this glass teapot directly on my gas stovetop, but it worked perfectly. While the teapot looks delicate, it seems sturdy enough so far. The handle stayed cool while heating water, which was a pleasant surprise, though I still handle it with caution.The infuser works well for loose teas, and the clear glass makes the brewing process easy to observe. I like the stainless-steel infuser for brewing loose leaf tea, itâs easy to remove and clean. The 12oz teacups that came with it are spacious enough to hold a good amount of tea. While theyâre not insulated and do get hot, the large handles make them comfortable to hold.The teapot is made from clear borosilicate glass, which is better than other types of glass. Itâs also dishwasher safe, Iâve tested it, and it came out perfectly fine. This set is a lovely addition to my tea-brewing routine and works wonderfully for serving tea, especially during gatherings.

Actually Works Well Used on Electric Stove
This tea set is made of light but strong glass. I boiled water in the teapot on an electric stove like the description said you can and it actually worked pretty well. The handle is glass so I did need an oven mitt at first to pour the tea. The handle cooled off quickly but the tea inside stayed hot longer than I expected. The cups are large enough to hold a decent amount of liquid. The teapot can hold enough water to fill the 4 cups a little above the top of their handles. The tea holder mess is very fine, no chance of loose tea getting in the cup. I’ll edit if I end up with sediment. The one negative I found is that holding the teapot with water filled nearly to the top was a bit hard using the teapot handle. I recommend filling it ¾ of the way. All in all, I actually love the look of the set. It would be nice to use when entertaining guests.

Cute and effective
I recently began drinking loose tea and wanted a teapot or strainer that had very fine mesh. This teapot works well with very fine tea leaves. The pot and tea cups are very lightweight and the cups hold 5 ounces of liquid. It is easy to use by filling the pot with water and placing the tea in the strainer. The tea is infused as the water begins to boil. The pot does not whistle, so you have to keep an eye on it. You can also use it without the strainer if you choose. The cups are nice because they are double layered glass, so you can touch the sides of the mug even if the liquid is hot. Very pleased with this set and it would make a very nice gift for a tea lover.

Stronger Borosilicate glass, Big tea cups
Iâm a fan of this glass Tea Pot, and it comes with 4 generous size tea cups bigger then I expected.This glass is clear Borosilicate glass which is sturdier then other types of glass.This comes with a nice tea defuser for loose tea, and has small holes that wonât make a mess with loose tea.Also the defuser has a little handle to take the defuser out.The defuser comes down farther in the pot then other defusers I have, so you do not have to full this up higher.If itâs filled with too much water above where tea spout is it can boil over.Once the pot starts to boil turn it down to simmer for a couple of mins for the tea to get the full flavor, and let seep.This pot can go in the microwave, and dishwasher with cups.5 stars, good price.

Attractive set
This set came packaged securely and arrived perfectly. The feel of the glass is light and airy but sturdy enough. It is very attractive and pleasing to serve from. I like that the metal lid stays firmly put when pouring and no need to worry about holding it on. Will update if cups begin to seep liquid.

Among the many tea sets out there, this one stands out to me. Itâs nice to have pretty ceramic or stainless steel tea kettles and pots, but something about this glass set is supreme. I like the fact that when the diffuser is utilized, you can see the tea disperse into crystal clear water, calling to mind serene, moving artwork. It contributes to the act of enjoying tea all in itself. Part of its allure is also the feel of the glass. It handles as being very fragile: do not put the set in a dishwasher. Highly recommend this sweet set for both novice tea drinkers, and connoisseurs!
