Love this thing!
My husband got this for me for my birthday because our addiction to dirty chai was getting pricy! I must say, this has been a wonderful addition to our lives! The espresso is piping hot! Only downfall is how light the cool espresso is. I only tried it once but it was so weak it kinda just looked like dirty water. But that didn’t make me love this machine any less! It’s sleek and you can cool the espresso for a couple minutes if you prefer iced. For the price, I’m sure you can’t find any better! Oh yeah, and I was recovering from a broken arm when I got it so it was very difficult for me to get the portafilter turned right, but after a few uses I was able to get it secured properly.

The RELEXNOW Espresso Machine quickly became a favorite in our kitchen! The 20-bar pressure makes rich and flavorful espresso, and the milk frother creates such creamy foam that my wife is absolutely in love with her morning cappuccinos. She also loves the cold coffee feature, saying it’s a perfect bonus for hot days. The intuitive LCD panel and sleek stainless steel design make this coffee machine a great choice for both of us.

Decent entry level machine for price
This is a completely unknown brand (obviously a Chinese made knock-off of some other name brand), but for an entry level machine, its not bad. I’m going to rate this in comparison to my trusty Delonghi Stilosa. This machine promises some additional features not included on the Stilosa.The Good:>Features a dual boiler – you don’t usually find machines at this price point with this feature.>Steam wand is also nice for this price point.>Thin space saving design – as long as you don’t have overhanging cabinets like we do. At 12.5 inches, it’s a bit tall for removing the rear water tank which is full height.>Nice looking stainless steel finish>Presets for Single shot, Double shot and Americano are good for beginners or folks that don’t want to time their shots. Additional setting for a cold brew.>Nice looking touchscreen displayThe bad:>The materials are a little cheap. The portafilter and brew basket is made from much thinner steel than my stilosa. If the materials for the boilers are likewise, I do have concerns over the longevity.>The pressurized brew baskets (typical for cheap machines) cannot be cleaned between the strainer and the coffee exit hole. This is not good as some grounds and coffee will likely get stuck in there. In my mind, it’s the biggest down side. The Delonghi brew basket can be taken apart.Summary:As an entry level machine, it’s certainly worth considering. It heats up quickly for both making espresso and steaming milk for cappuccinos. You can even get some micro-foam for latte art (I’m extremely bad at it, but I can tell it beats the Delonghi here). You won’t find a cheaper machine with a dual boiler, so if that’s important for you – it may be worth a try. I don’t drink espresso straight (and I didn’t try the cold brew option), but my cappuccinos were great. It might be worth trying to find a non-pressurized portafilter to try. It seems to be around 51mm size. My only 2 concerns are the longevity of the brand and the inability to dissemble the brew basket for a thorough cleaning.

This is a very well designed machine, complete with pre-infusion extraction. Comes with a steam wand frother.I’m super impressed with this machine. I highly recommend it to anyone who is not yet a super picky coffee snob. That’s the nice thing about where I am in my coffee journey… I’m learning more, refining my palate, but I can enjoy such a bigger spectrum than someone who drinks their espresso with an upturned pinky.Get this. You won’t be sorry!
