Small (Medicinal) Cannabis storage
This is the 3rd type of cannabis storage jar I’ve purchased. It is the smallest one so far.First let me clarify, I typically purchase mini buds as opposed to full sized flower and ground powder. These will hold an 1/8 oz, 3.5 grams, very nicely with plenty of room for a humidity pack. You can store up to a 1/4 oz 7 grams, but it’s nearly to the top…very little room for the humidity pack. (But, you can cram one in.) So, when I bought a 1/4 …I removed 2 grams to grind and roll into spliff. So, 5 grams of mini buds remaining left room for a humidity pack, if and when needed.The lids fit tightly but these jars, like the others are not smell proof. I don’t think any jars are 100% smell proof. The best you can hope for is smell resistant which these definitely are. I put the jars into small wooden boxes and then into a weatherproof plastic storage box I bought at Lowes ( has foam sealed lid). Very little if any smell now.You get 4 jars for the price which is not bad, but they do make mini mason jars you may want to try or on a budget. I use mini masons for gummies storage.The little window is a nice feature, and the rest of the jar, majority, will filter UV light to protect your buds.If you need small jars these are pretty good and very stylish looking. Just be aware of the size limitation if adding humidity packs too. Not really suitable for full sized flowers but mini buds and ground powder would fit best.They come with humidity packs but I use BOOST brand 62%, but only as a”corrective” measure. ( dry buds) and not “preventative .” I’ve found otherwise if packs are left in all the time, the buds get too moist and somehow loose most of that great smell.I recommend these if your needs fit the criteria outlined.” Roll me up and smoke me when I die” – Willie Nelson
