I purchased 3 of these for making teas, coffees, etc. The only certain gripe I would winge about is the fact that there is no gasket for the lids. That means moving them around when full will cause a leak from the lid. You can get sheets of rubber to make some, but I don’t see why they didn’t come with gaskets already. That knocks it down to 4.5 for me.The only thing I’ve yet to absolutely confirm is an issue is the valve. I’ve seen leaks in the fridge under the spout after grabbing a drink, but it’s more than likely remnants of the previous pour (if that’s the case then it’s my fault). If it’s a leaking valve, I’d knock it down to a solid 4 stars. I’ll round up to 5 stars for the decent price point though.If you’re looking for a good quality glass cold brewer, don’t hesitate to pick these up.

Pretty good value but not perfect.
Bought this for my cold brew tea and I absolutely love it, good build quality and solid parts. Excellent value for the price.Update: After using for cold brew tea for almost two months, a plastic film on the top of the center filter which holds the tea has begun to come loose. I purchased the glass pitcher to avoid plastic so this is problematic but you can simply remove the filter. It would have been better to not apply the plastic coating at all rather than cheaply attempt to match colors.

Very solid cold brew system
Very solid system. I now have 2 to rotate. Get a 12 inch long spoon to help it truly makes a difference in getting all the grounds saturated. Happy Brewing.

Donât recommend the filter lets the grounds in your coffee
I love the pitcher and the fact that you can make a large amount but I canât give a good review because the filter allows the coffee grounds to get in the coffe e, I wanted to live this Iâve had it for a month and made several attempts and even bought different grinds of coffee but it always had grounds everytime.I have a fine mesh coffee filter of my own I used and it wouldnât get grounds so I will keep the pitcher just donât use the filter that came with it.

If ur looking for an ice tea jar buy it. If ur looking to serve warrrm tea to a bunch of folks.. Buy it. Very nice and easy to carry to places too. Used for a tea tasting n got 3 more immediately.
