Updated – Lasted ONE month!
**Update – Amazon recommended I reach out to the store to ask about a warranty. I emailed them yesterday and they quickly responded and offered to replace the item. They are sending me a new unit to try. I very much hope it works longer than the first one as I really enjoyed it and it worked great until it shut down. Maybe just a defect in some of the units and I hope that it has been fixed.
Will update the review after receiving the new unit and try it for a while to hopefully give it 5 stars!
I received this frother on November 1st. I only used it probably 20 times during the month. This morning I woke up and plugged it in and it will not work. It was working great and I really enjoyed until today which is December 7th! My return date was December 1st so now Iâve lost money! I should have read the reviews before buying as many others have complained of the same issue. Would give it 0 stars if I could because of the warranty to return period.

Best frother
Probably one of the best froth Iâve used. It didnât sound like it was doing anything and then when I took my cold formula out, I couldnât believe how thick it was. Iâve used the handheld devices to no avail. Finally decided to spend the money on this one and really glad I did. I hope the quality stays up like itâs supposed to

Works on regular creamer!
This works on the light foam setting well on international delight liquid creamers . I run it thru 2 cycles . Didnât work to well on the dense setting .this is my weekend treat to myself . I recently had to switch to decaff so making a good latte makes the switch much easier ! Get it you will like it

Arrived on time, packaged well with no damage. You are able to choose the level of foam you want, there are 4 choices including cold for iced beverages. Would recommend to friends. Would purchase again.

This product is sub-standard workmanship and very poor quality.
I got this and at first was excited to find it froths milk well (even almond milk) and have been using it for exactly 7 weeks. This morning, it completely quit working, even though I have followed all the directions to the letter.
Of course, now that itâs been just over a month, I can no longer return this product and Iâm out the $40 I spent on it. Save yourself the trouble, pass on this one and buy a higher quality product.
Update: the company reached out to me and did refund my purchase. For that I will go up one star.

Exactly what I wanted !!
On a recent trip to the Florida Keys we fell in love with Cuban coffee, and I just had to have a milk steamer/frother so I could enjoy at home. This thing is just about perfect because I don’t have much room in my kitchen and it takes up very little space. I ordered it in black because I wanted it today but if you have more patience than me it comes in some nice colors. There are a couple of great videos in the Customer Reviews here on Amazon and the directions are easy enough to follow. Be sure to follow the guidelines for the maximum amount of milk to use as I was a little careless and ended up with a small mess to clean up on my first use but it was my fault. I am very happy with this purchase.
