DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT – VERY DANGEROUS
I BOUGHT 2 OF TASTYLE SINGLE SERVE COFFEE MAKERS ONE ON 9/3/24 AND ONE ON 10/2/24 BECAUSE I WANTED A BACK UP . THE FIRST ONE STARTED SPITTING VERY HOT WATER THROUGH THE TOP OF THE COFFEE MAKER AFTER TWO MONTHS OF USE. I PULLED OUT THE BACK UP COFFEE MAKER AND IT DID THE SAME ON THE VERY FIRST DAY,- SHOOTING HOT WATER OUT OF THE TOP AND LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM. THE HOT WATER OUT THE TOP IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS.

I really like this product it works very well. I use it at my desk on my job and it so small and compact that no one hardly notice it. I like that it came with the little cup for real coffee grinned up. I also like that you can gage how much water you want to have in your coffee or hot chocolate.

Great machines, great customer service
Iâm really happy to have this lil guy; it makes coffee fast and in a pinch and most of all it doesnât use a lot of grounds which maximizes the amount of coffee you get per pack. Itâs always hot, one button press so itâs pretty easy to use, and the descaling function is just as easy as pressing both buttons and waiting fa it to clean.You have to clean it every two hundred or so coffees otherwise the coffee tastes a little watery but itâs nice to be able to have a machine like this in the office. I only use ground coffee and sometimes I can get away witt reusing the grounds by adding an extra scoop. My only suggestion would be keeping the inside of it clean so that it doesnât need to be cleaned and descaled often.Had an error code pop and emailed the company and they replied the next day witt a solution too. Great people; would consider using this over Kuerig and other big name brands especially since the quality of make is the same and itâs more compact/simple of a design than some of the high dollar coffee makers. Wish they made a larger size is my only problem.

Doesn’t work
When it first arrived, it work well. Then it started not coming on. So I would unplug it and plug it back in after waiting. Sometimes itâd work but not always. So went back to instructions that said I needed to unplug after each cup brewed. Tried that and then it wouldnât work at all. Not happy with this. If I can return it I would. Otherwise Iâm ready to throw it away!!!

Good Coffee Maker for Five Months But Great Company Customer Service Replacement
I purchased a Tastyle Mini Single Cup Coffee Maker, Hot and Ice Coffee Maker for K Cups on June 9, 2024 from Amazon and have been satisfied with its results up to the time it malfunctioned. I only used this once or twice a day. November 5th when I tried to brew a cup of coffee, no water would go into my cup but would instead leak out the base. I had just descaled it the previous week as a regular maintenance practice I do every three months. I kept it wiped out after every use. Plus the reviews about this issue seem to have increased since I purchased mine in June so I hope this has been identified and corrected in manufacturing going forward. That said, the customer service was super responsive. The one year warranty card in the box showed an email to write to which I did and I received an email back from customer service very quickly within a few hours. I was told not to send the old one to them and they would send me a new coffee maker free of charge, shipping included. I received order confirmation that day and delivery a week later. I am extremely pleased with their customer service which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1. I am hoping the new coffeemaker will last more than five months but my original warranty may be honored up to full year of original purchase should this happen again. At $39.99 with replacement up to a year and excellent customer service, I am satisfied with this coffee maker.
