Helps Brew Loose Tea with No Mess
I had some loose tea and one of those little balls that are hard to fill, messy, and difficult to clean…so I never used my loose tea. This purchase was a whim, because I liked the idea and it was much cheaper than a tea company selling a similar product at about 10x the price. It works perfectly! I spoon the loose tea into the strainer with no mess (about 2″ across). It fits all my differently-sized cups. I pour over the hot water and let it steep with the little lid (which also helps prevent spills if I take the tea to the porch). After, I just dump the loose tea and rinse or wash the strainer. This strainer is a terrific product.
