travel coffee grinder
This is a great little grinder for your on the go needs. It is easily charged, but not too terribly easily cleaned. It is coffee, which is messy. The noise isn’t too bad compared to my $1,000 and $200 dollar grinders (professional coffee roaster). I needed one for emergency on the road use so I bought this one. It is a conical burr grinder and that is a must to properly grind coffee beans (blade grinders are uneven grinds and scorch the beans) and this one can be charged on the go without a wall plug. All in all it’s a pretty good little grinder. I wish is was able to grind more at once, but for what it does, it is worth the price.

Coffee grind setting
Great little coffee grinder. However, only has two scoop capacity of coffee bean and does not have preset coffee grind settings. So I made this little video to demonstrate the different coffee grind I made. I do like the automatic shut off. Very easy to take a part and clean.

A fantastic truly portable “wireless’ travel burr grinder, not perfect, but what is?
This grinders niche is my. I am a pour over guy…….Clever coffee dripper, and make one fresh ground cup each morning for myself, maybe for a guest if they are lucky! I’m a coffee snob/addict that doesn’t want to talk to anybody until I’ve had a fine cup. I’ve been on the road for two years in the USA. This gets the job done! I feel sure one could use this for espresso, while I haven’t done so, I have gotten some very fine uniform grinds. I’ll update this review. IMO this could replace your home burr grinder, maybe not if you are James Hoffman, but the rest of us Joe junkie’s yes! will update, I actually have 2 of these now. One for like a year.

Motor is fairly weak, doesn’t work when plugged in
This is a nice sized portable grinder that’s easy to travel with. The motor is under-powered and will struggle with finer grinds. Annoyingly, this will not work if it is plugged in, no idea why, but a very poor engineering choice.

LIttle counter-intuitive with how it all fits together and how to adjust the grind. This is a burr grinder so it does a nice job with the actual grind. But, you really cant tell how much is left to grind unless you take the unit apart. The raw bean capacity is pretty limited and its VERY SLOW. Rechargeable is nice (uses a USB – C). For me, it seems that it is really suitable for occasional use to produce a small amount of grind. Its fairly quiet as grinders go.
