Instructions are unusable.
The “instructions” that come with this kit do not specifically talk about this kit. They refer to a generic 5 gallon set up (this is only a one gallon kit) and do not describe the equipment that came with this kit. Really frustrating. There’s no obvious way to simply scale down the recipe in the instructions because the equipment it mentions doesn’t match what’s in the kit.I don’t really have any idea how to use this. Really inexcusable, especially since this kit is ostensibly for beginners.

The instructions are for something else entirely and are just some pages stapled together on easily tearable paper. Very poor presentation, and even worse usability.
