How to: Soak the prongs in cold water for a few minutes before each use, inspect the whisk and remove any broken prongs, add your favorite matcha powder, then add hot water approximately 175°F and whisk briskly in an “M” shape until frothy.Clean: Wash under cold water. Gently rub the prongs to remove the powder. Pat dry, then air dry.Store: We recommend keeping it on a stand; if in a container, keep it upright, make sure it’s 100% dry, and don’t close the lid tightly.
Important: The shape of the whisk will change over time. The knot will open and straighten after each use; this is expected. If used daily, then replace every few months.

How to: Start with using two scoops for every 2 oz of water and then adjust to your taste.Clean: Wash with warm water or wipe with a damp cloth; dry thoroughly. Do not use soap.Store: Keep in a dry place, away from high heat.

Great matcha whisk
I received it quickly and everything packaged as it was supposed to be. I have used the whisk around 8 times as the directions say to use it. It does a great job of whisking the matcha. Definitely use a small amount of water when first whisking as directed (or else it will whisk right out of the cup!). Itâs easy to use, the shape is hand friendly and it is sturdy.

Excellent addition to matcha whisking
While I am happy to use my pastry chef skills whisking a beautiful froth on my matcha, I begin as usual with my hand whisking and then put the finishing touch with the electric device. It works beautifully. I have many whisks and some very narrow diameters need an extra strip of alien tape to widen their diameter. It works perfectly. I purchased a more expensive version and it had such a narrow aperture which did not accept most of my whisks. I sent it back without using it. This one, reasonably priced is a winner. Highly recommend.
