Daily Pal, the Chestnut C3S Pro
Approaching the 3-month mark with this review, I’ve been using this routinely nearly every day and love it. Just using it, you can feel the heft and the quality that is appropriate for its price tag. Calibration was done using test beans and Kruve’s print version of their Brewler, and the grind seems to be quite consistent. Things I love about this are that it comes with a pouch and a brush, the handle can fold without any compromise to its cranking, it grinds a considerable amount of beans in a short time frame, and it looks just gorgeous. Worth every penny to me, and can recommend. P.S. Cleanup is a breeze with the use of a hand (rocket) air blaster/blower to clean the burr and hopper, and a small piece of paper towel for the collection cup.

Great Grinder
This grinder makes my morning coffee ritual a breeze. My old grinder being a cheap twenty dollar one made grinding my coffee an absolute chore. What an improvement it was upgrading to this grinder. The textured grip helps keep it firmly in hand, I can grind up my coffee in less than a minute, and the coffee tastes great. I hesitated spending more $$ on this grinder, but it was worth it, I would never go back to a lesser one.

My daily driver espresso grinder
I am a total coffee geek I take my coffee very very very seriously! I use this hand grinder for espresso and everything thing else like Aeropress to pour over love it love it love it!! Great value for what you pay. Just need to use your muscles!

Great grinder, but definitely wash it first
They say to not wash it or take it apart unless you send it back to the “professionals” (lol), but if you want factory chemicals then dont wash it, but if you dont want factory chemicals in your coffee beans, take it apart and wash it and dry thoroughly.It’s a good grinder though.

Das Mahlwerk ist super und lässt sich leicht auf die gewünschte Körnung einstellen. 50 Umdrehungen und das Pulver ist bereit für den Siebträger. Leider verbleibt immer etwas mehr von dem Mahlgut an dem Behälter haften, so dass ich jedesmal den mitgelieferten Pinsel zwecks Reinigung benutze

De momento va de lujo. He molido para filtro, aeropress y espresso. Siempre he conseguido moliendas óptimas y sale muy buenos los cafés.Hay que decir que ajustar el espresso cuesta, pero no por el molonillo, sino porque este tipo de café es más sensible a cualquier cambio, por lo que un punto más o menos, se nota en el sabor.

Took me a few tries to get used to it. Beautifully designed, works as advertised. Initially I ground the coffee so fine my Delonghi espresso machine got blocked up so I had to adjust the settings and make the grind a bit courser.
