I opted for the metal grinder gears for the anti static feature but I think the plastic catch box cancels out the benefit since there is still static. Other than that the grinder is beautiful and quiet, heavy duty and gives the coffee bar the look I was going for.

La molienda fina es buena pero la molienda media y gruesa es fatal.
Por ahora solo puedo decir que este molino es perfecto para usarlo en molienda fina, me ahorro demasiado cuando en mi negocio móvil me piden moka, Aeropress o café molido para llevar.La molienda media y gruesa es bastante difÃcil obtenerla sin desperdiciar tanto café, de 100 gramos se pierden aproximadamente 35 gramos de café en micropartÃculas, es demasiado café, esto es una locura.

This is a nice coffee grinder for the money. Way better than other burr grinders that I have used (Cuisinart and Mr Coffee).

Container was broken when I received the box. Probably it was a mishandling during shipping/delivery but also probably preventable with better packaging.Other than that, the machine works well and grinds coffee as expected.

Best price for a burr grinder – great service
I am very pleased with the operation and performance of this burr grinder and the seller’s response to my issue. I get better coffee with less waste, compared to my old basic blade grinder. The hopper (bean bin) requires some finesse and care to prevent damage; my grinder was nearly new when I knocked it over and cracked the hopper (that probably sounds like more fun than it is). However, when I contacted the seller they were appreciative of my feedback and kindly replaced the cracked hopper at no charge.

Fantastic grinder!
This grinder does a great job at providing a coarse grind. I personally use a French press and cheap grinders aren’t well suited for providing coarse grinds.I will admit that this particular grinder, seems a bit more industrial, and would better serve a coffee shop than personal use, but that also means it should last a lifetime when bought for personal use!

While this grinds well it moves/vibrates while using, i.e. fell off counter and shattered to bits.

La tolva no se ajusta bien, si intentas quitarle la tapa se sale todo haciendo que se riegue el grano, el receptor del café molido también no se ajusta bien, queda muy holgado haciendo que se riegue un poco de café molido; el molido fino no lo es suficiente para mi maquina de esspreso. Los materiales son de baja calidad. Al ser un producto de exportación no hay un reembolso integro en la devolución haciéndola más cara que el propio molino. Intenté devolverlo por la opción de Amazon pero nunca recibà la llamada para que pasar por él. Totalmente decepcionado de este producto.
