My current daily driver
This whole bean Lavazza Espresso is my daily driver for drip coffee (Breville precision). Also makes good espresso. Minus 1 star for two reasons:1) Not as good as your favorite locally roasted beans2) Freshness is not consistent. Its very good if you get lucky enough to receive a recently “manfucatured” date, but its only half decent if you are unlucky enough to receive an older bag. I estimate about half of the bags received were toward the fresher end of the freshness spectrum relative to the median ;-)Also some bags are rectangular and tight (not as tight as vacuum packed), while others are completely loose, like if the bag allowed some air to leak in. I have not noted that this makes any difference in freshness.Despite those weaknesses, this is the best value in whole beans under $.50/oz that I’m aware of. At least for my taste.

These are one of the best expresso beans, we use in in our coffee maker that has a grinder along with expresso machine, works both waysYou wonât go wrong ordering these beans, came with the bag sealed with a plastic wrap and put in a box well package as not to get the bag broken during shipping
