Great quality
I use these to sell on Etsy. I’ve purchased these multiple times and haven’t had a single complaint. The quality is great, sturdy and sublimates perfectly with no color issues. We love these mugs! We are sublimating with black and I heard many horror stories about the black turning brown. Not on these mugs. The black is true black. The quality is really nice. We have bought twice already!

Sublimated Nicely
I started out with the recommended temperature of 380-390 but colors weren’t very vibrant. I did waste a few while testing but 400 degrees Fahrenheit at 400 seconds worked the best.My only dislike is that the bottom is curved so designs are difficult to get just right without ghosting. I ended up doing my image at 4.125 inches tall and that seemed to fit.

I was going to give these a bad review.
Ok so I was working with these mugs and tried to put images on them. I did the temp and time recommended. 355 degrees at 200s. My images came out faded and didnât look like the mugs wanted to take the ink. So I googled and messed up 8 mugs. Stressful right. Well to anyone wanting to know the picture is a mug that was messed up. I baked it in the oven not covered by anything at 425 degrees for 1.5 hours. You could still see a slight image on it. I figured out if I put my image on and put it in my cup press for 400 degrees for 400s my images turned out great. I hope this is helpful for someone else.
