Big Enough to Be Useful and Look Good Doing It
These look great with the kiln finish. They match a sugar & cream set I picked up. Now looking for the perfect 6 cup matching kettle. The only downside is when the tea is HOT these are too HOT to hold. Well, how does one handle that? I looked around on line and found traditional Japanese wisdom – if it’s too HOT to hold, it’s too HOT to drink. I really don’t go along with that but I’m sure I don’t want cast iron cups of hot tea. I like these. I do use one frequently for my daily tea. They look great on the bamboo tray with the tea service.

First, they take great care in packaging to make sure these items get to you safely. Then, there’s the quality. Each one unique, yet the quality is consistent. Thick enough so I don’t feel like I will break them, with just enough weight. Beautiful pieces!

Best little coffee cups ever!
They could be a tad thicker, they do warm up with coffee of course, but one super cold mornings itâs almost too warm. They fit perfectly in my hand and hold just the right amount of hot coffee at a time (I keep a giant thermos near me and pour about two to three gulps worth at a time to keep the coffee piping hot).Kinda fragile looking. Hoping my cat doesnât suddenly decide to knock one off the counter because I am now obsessed with these tiny cups. I love them. Couldnât pick a favorite color (I got the variety pack) as theyâre all gorgeous!!

They’re beautiful little ceramic cups for a good price, can’t find too much to complain about! I mostly use these for yerba mate, since they’re much easier to clean than the traditional gourds.That said, I’m taking one star away because they come with this little piece of paper that makes all these BS pseudo-science claims about their special health benefits and stuff. You want to get on my bad side real quick, start spouting a bunch of over-the-top claims with no evidence. Can’t a little cup just be a little cup? Isn’t that good enough?In summary:Good: Holds liquid, and looks good doing it.Bad: Please stop telling me a cup will solve all of my health problems. It’s a cup.
