Works great with the Keurig Slim Mini
The original ez pod doesnât work with the newer Keurigs with a fixed base. This 2.0 version works perfectly with my new Keurig Slim Mini. It uses the same bio degradable paper filters Iâm used to using with the original Ez Pod. Very clean disposal of grounds in the paper filter. It is not extremely hot like metal pods. Easy to handle. Easy to fill and use. Highly recommend it. Only negative is my package did not include a coffee scoop.

I purchased this kit because it had everything. When it arrived it was missing the scooper….totally bummed

Pod and Filters are great, but the Scoop . . .
I use only Swiss Water processed decaffeinated coffees, so I bought this kit to be able to blend them myself to get exactly the flavor I want. The filters and the pod work very well, but the scoop — to me — is a waste.The filters are very easy to use and economical. The pod easily receives the filters, making it a breeze to prepare a great cup of coffee in my Keurig.BOTTOM LINE: Go for the pod and the filters — but forget the scoop. It’s not worth the money — in my opinion.

No Scoop
I received the Starter Kit, but there was no scoop. Other reviews mentioned that too. No Scoop. So I paid about $8 more for No Scoop. So I guess if you want the Starter Kit and the Scoop, order them separately, instead of ordering this.

Great for using your own coffee
Before we tried pre-made disposable pods, we tried this with our ground coffee in our new maker. It was easy to use and did the job. We just had to experiment on the amount of coffee to use. As for the scoop it does the job, but isn’t as easy as just using a small regular scoop.

Ingenious little pod!
I’ve got a Keurig Slim in our motorhome and wanted a reusable kcup to save space instead of having to haul around dozens of the normal cups.. this little thing is fantastic! It’s super easy to fill with the funnel scoop, the paper filters make it a breeze to clean, it saves money on kcups & whoever thought of it deserves a gold star! I’ve had the mesh ones in the past and they are a pain to clean if you want cup after cup of coffee in the morning- not this one! Just pop the filter out and make another cup! Very ingenious!

Finally, a reasonable option
I had been trying to find an alternative to the plastic waste of K-cup pods for some time. Every alternative either created a mess or resulted in a bad cup of coffee (too weak or like mud). The EZ-Cup (2.0) is different. It makes genuinely good coffee, and the filter (with a flap on top) is easily disposed of/composted without spreading grounds everywhere. Excellent product.As a bonus, the filters also work with another K-cup-substitute that was too messy on its own. (Though I think the EZ-cup’s coffee is a bit better.)
