great quality dual wall cups
I use these mainly for my hot drinks because it has a handle, but since it’s a dual wall glass, the outside never gets hot so i can grab it either by the handle or just around the mug itself. The quality looks great, uniform and so far seems durable. As you know the glass in these are pretty thin so any bang in your sink with other dishes or pots/pans, it can crack pretty easily. But these are decently priced and i’d buy these again if my cups break, but for now they have been lasting for me while i drink my hot teas and coffees. I pour hot water sometimes straight from the kettle to the glass, so it is made to support hot or cold beverages. Having the air insulator keeps drinks hot, or cold so these are highly recommended but not for kids lol.

Light, insulated, and pretty
We love these. I love how light they are and after using it a ceramic mug feels so heavy. Great for my arthritis hands. They are double walled so you never feel the heat on your hands.They are delicate and break more easily than ceramic. Also, we have had some that start getting moisture between the layers. I think the dishwasher might make this more likely. But with the drawbacks, we still love them and replace when we break them.

Beautiful manfacturing of a poor design
These mugs are beautifully made and do keep your drink warm/cold. The problem is the design. The base of the mug is really small compared to the top, and the liquid inside is carried up higher than the base to leave the insulating gap. This makes the mug unstable and easily prone to tip-overs from the slightest nudge since it is top-heavy with a small base. If you reach for it and accidentally nudge the rim when it’s 1/2 full it very easily topples over and dumps the drink on your desk or table. I think it would be much better if the base were the same diameter as the top (or even wider), so the mug was more stable and less top-heavy when filled. As designed it’s like a pyramid balancing on its tip instead of its base. It does look very nice, and it does keep your drink hot or cold. But be extra careful when picking it up.

DO NO BUY THESE THEY ARE IMPERFECT
I would like to put zero stars. I actually love these mugs however they are useless when they fill with water in between the glass walls and that happens with all of them. That is to say all of the ones most recently bought. I don’t know if you call it the PINTL But there is a point on the bottom of the mug that the water is leaking out of and I don’t know how it gets in there. I imagine it’s in the dishwasher, but I would not buy another set of these. I only had them for eight weeks. DO NOT BUy!! My return window closed three days ago. And I have no idea how to make the company compensate me for their lousy product. If they ever do, then I can augment this review, but be very wary..
