Customers say
Customers appreciate the tea infuser’s size options, with one mentioning it fits perfectly in a 24-32 oz mug, and find it convenient for steeping and straining. Moreover, the infuser effectively diffuses flavors from spices, works well for teas, and makes cleaning easy with included brushes. However, the build quality and lockability receive mixed reviews, with some finding it well-made while others report it breaking easily, and while the locking system works well for some, others find it finicky.

Multi-purpose
I make a lot of soup and these are perfect for getting my fresh herbs into the soup while avoiding stems and hard to chew herbs such as rosemary. Four sizes offer lots of uses.

Iâm not really a generation of CM . Usually I google the info i need, however i didnât this time for some unknown reason. The smallest strainer is just same size of a small ball you would get. The next size is approximately 2.55 inches. prefect for a 24-32 oz mug. the next 2 sizes blew me away. xl and xxl. Not sure what iâll use them for ( maybe infused water? corn beef seasoningâ¦.)not bad for the price .I would caution anyone buying due to the xl &xxl baskets.update: June 22havenât even had it a month and already the basket i use the most hinge broke off. Using stainless steel wire to fix it. Not worth my time or the pain ( physically ) to refund it. I will be looking for something better.can not recommend

Very handy tools to have in the kitchen
This set of strainers/infusers is a great tool to have in your kitchen. They are so much easier to use and less messy than cheesecloth or sachet (bouquet garni) bags and have many uses, from brewing tea and herbal infusions to adding herb and vegetable flavors to soup and bone stocks without having to filter the solids out afterward. I also use the largest ball for mulling spices for hot wine or apple cider winter drinks. These balls have very fine mesh stainless steel screens which allow free circulation of the infusion medium with minimum pass through of fines. They have easy to open and close latches, and although they seem somewhat flimsy in construction, they are actually quite strong if handled carefully. They are, however, not designed nor sufficiently strong for dewatering cooked leaf vegetables like spinach or squeezing liquid, for instance, from cheese curds. Cheesecloth works much better applications like that. This set comes with a cleaning brush which makes cleaning a breeze.I highly recommend this quality set of strainer/infusers as handy and time-saving tools for any kitchen.

Perfect for spice or tea infusions
Four sizes of infusers gives you lots of capacity. The smallest is smaller than a coffee pod, but the largest is a full cup, good for cinnamon sticks and large bay leaves, for example. For families with kids who don’t yet like the texture of certain veggies such as onions, you can chop them and put them in the large infuser to get flavor. While the hinge doesn’t seem very sturdy, it will be fine with careful handling. These go in the top rack of my dishwasher and clean up well.

Well-constructed, though only have use for 2 of the 4 strainers.
These strainers are well constructed and should last for a long time. The smallest is good for a pot of tea and the next size is good for large batch (gallon or more) beverage mulling spices or soup/stew herb sachet. However, I do not think I have a use for the 2 larger strainers. If anyone has any ideas to the 2 larger, I will watch the comments. Overall, I still feel I made a value purchase given the prices of single small strainers.

Perfect in nearly every respect.
Nice selection of sizes is very important (I make a gallon at a time and just use the largest one) I have looked around a lot and the largest size is the biggest one I’ve found anywhere. The hinges are weak but if you just be gentle with it when it’s open that is no problem. I wish the mesh was a bit finer (if you have fine stuff in your tea it gets through) but I’ve looked around and there is not better one if you need a big one. I make a gallon of tea at a time and this one is big enough for that.

I am so glad I purchased this! The price was right, and the quality is decent! The chain hoop on the largest is a bit flimsy. I do find that if you don’t rinse and dry quickly, you may get a bit of discoloration from whatever product you had in it.. But it goes away. You should definitely wash and dry it asap. I purchased this set with intentions of using the largest one for the tub. I have a lot of hand made, local soaks for ritual baths – I go between that and the second one down. This was cheaper than buying a “Tub tea ball” and it’s just as good!
