STURDY AND SUBSTANTIAL
I love how substantial it feels. I love the different cut outs and grooves for puck prep accessories. It’s a wonderful addition to my work flow. I do wish, like many of the other tamping mats around, that it piece that angled down over the edge of wherever you place it. Other than that, great tamping mat!

A nice, simple way to keep your most-used espresso accessories at hand.
I’ve had a number of tamping stations now, and the one that I’ve settled on using is the simplest- this silicone mat. It’s easy to clean, easy to use, and gives me a place to set my portafilter, leveler, tamper, and a few puck screens. These are the things that I use every brew, and this holds everything perfectly. The circles hold 58mm accessories perfectly. Really nice, simple mat that does its job perfectly.

Nice mat
This mat works great for prepping the espresso. All the tools can be positioned on it. Holds the porta filter in place and does not let it slip. Also has a space for the puck. Once you remove the foil from the back the tamper mat sticks to the counter like crazy, which is good. This will not slide around while making the espresso. Also very easy to clean! Love it!

NICE oragnaizer for all the tools we have for our cappuccino machine!
Placed this nice mat inside the cupboard that sits over top of our machine. This makes for a nice tray to organize the tamper, scoop and more. Love Having everything right there handy and it helps protect the cupboard interior from any moisture left in the equipment and tools. Very sturdy and the divisions are very convenient for keeping everything in place.

Exactly what I needed to protect my counters
Most tamping mats are setup for right angled edge counters, but our counter has a rounded bullnose. So, I needed a flat thick tamping mat to prepare espresso. The mat size fits my portafilters (pressure and bottomless) and has room for my puck screens, distributor. dozing funnel and tamper. This a thick rubber mat with a smooth but non-slip underside. It can distribute the weight when I’m tampering the espresso into the portafilter basket. Coffee grounds stay on the mat and the mat is easy to rise clean.I can fit the mat on top of my espresso machine for storage, and my coffee accessory tray fits on top the mat too. A right angled mat with a lip would not fit as well to store it, and it would hang over the edge of my counter, since we have a rounded bullnose edge. So, this fits well and works well for me.
