Not Functional
I bought two of these and both did not work. The stainless steel that is between the tea leaves and the magnetic ball is too loose, therefore the tea leaves fall into the cup below. Also, when cleaning the steel ball will fall out. Also the top glass does not sit properly into the holder so it rocks a bit. I returned the first one and opted to switch them out, but the 2nd one was made the exact same. Would not recommend. It is beautiful but not functional.

Beautiful piecebut missing parts
My wife loved this product but was disappointed when the metal ball that keeps the tea separated was missing. Such a small piece makes a big difference. Returned it and got a replacement only to find that one was also missing the ball. Didn’t want to go through the process again and just bought the missing part separately.

Itâs exactly as advertised! i had purchased this as a gift for my boyfriends christmas gift and it arrived in perfect condition, it works, and he loves the gift! I had gotten him tealyra dragon lychee tea for it and itâs sooooo nice together! Itâs the 3rd steep of this tea and the other two cups didnât have any fall out like the video does. the filter works until the tea leaves being used getting too steeped! donât be discouraged and purchase it ð¥°
