Works for my needs
I purchased this since I can no longer find french press screens that do not leak coffee grounds in with the coffee. Now I pour my french pressed coffee through this screen/filter. It sits right on top of my mug or cup making it very easy to enjoy coffee without chewing coffee grounds.

Very good i love it
Absolutely perfect. Very nice quality and makes a great cup of coffee. Easiest to clean by just rinsing outside to avoid getting coffee grounds in the plumbing. I use a somewhat large but not huge coffee cup. Itâs wider than a standars cup and this base barely fits on the cup but it does fit and is stable/easy to use. This should fit your coffee cup unless youre using a huge novelty one. This items perfect.

Good but small base
I got this because I am the only coffee drinker in the house and wanted something small but would fit my mugs. This unfortunately only fit one of my mugs so I had to return for a wider base. It was good quality.

Great single mesh filter
I love this single mesh filter. It lets through a tiny amount of very fine sediment which I prefer. This enhances the full bodied richness of the coffee. The coffee comes through deeply extracted yet without the filter clogging like a lot of the double mesh filters do. Itâs easy to clean. I use it in the Miir New Standard Carafe which fits Chemex size mesh filters.

This product looks great but has flaws. It’s very slow, even with a moderately coarse grind. OK for one cup, but a flask of coffee takes a lot of time to drip through, with multiple additions of water. Brewed coffee spills out between the cone and the base, covering the base and wasting brew. Cleaning the screen is messy and takes a lot of water. I’m going to look for another product.

Rusts immediately
For some reason they have designed this with small crevices EVERYWHERE. Water gets trapped and unless you are blow dry immediately after use, it rusts. Not too clear in the picture but the small holes at each point of the cross rusts, not to mention what you can’t see benefit the spout holder. If you need more heavy metal in your diet, go for it. This one is in the trash bin.
