El artículo me hacía falta pero apenas lo abrí la tapa plástica estaba rota no lo probé emití mi regulación y en su misma caja lo llevé a UPS para su retorno tuve que comprar otro en Walmart más chiquito me gustaba este por su tamaño pero creo traen un plástico débil en la tapa. Adjunto foto

What a machine
The Aptovpvp Store 5L Electric Meat Grinder/Dough Machine was a mashup I did not see coming. I approached this thinking of it as a food processor but most food processors aren’t aiming to be meat grinders, so keep that in mind because it does make this design and function a bit different.This machine is really optimized for chopping and grinding and with a 5L capacity, maybe a bit more than you might want for salsa. It is specifically for use with its bowl, as the base of the bowl has a column up the middle that the blade assembly slides down onto and the motor top attaches to, so you can’t use this over any old bowl. In addition, the plastic lid is fitted to this bowl as well, to keep things from flying out, which you do need, even if it wasn’t necessary to have the lid help center and hold the motor.The directions are there but not super easy to read. It really does boil down to placing the blade in the bowl, adding ingredients, and then adding the motor atop the lid and hitting go.With the 6-blade assembly piece, food gets CHOPPED. Those blades are look thin but they are razor sharp and come with blade guards for a reason (also, remove those before operation. They aren’t like the rubber edges of spatulas for mixing dough).Things I did like: the handle for handling the motor. Just made it easier to grasp as it was settled onto the bowl. I liked the idea this is so much easier to handle than some of the larger food processors and this is does slightly different functions (like meat grinding, though I didn’t use it for that). If compared to typical meat grinders more like the extruder types, this gives you more options because you can use as a food chopper. While a little bit of an investment, it seems to track for its size (it is 5L compared to 2.5L ones, etc etc). I think the multi-use purpose of it makes it an attractive idea for those interested in pursuing the multiple uses of it, rather than just limiting to non-meat processing.Things I did not like: That stupid silicone ring at the bottom. Everyone has comments about it. It’s to help hold the bowl in place but it should have just been integrated into the bowl as a silicone ring at the bottom. They probably wanted it separate for sterilization of the bowl but it’s a pain. The bowl can be shifted under the power of the motor and it jumps right out of that ring and as this is unusually top heavy, it gives you a brief heart attack. Fix the ring.The plug in cord actually came with a bent prong, which felt worrisome despite it working okay and not burning up or burning down my house. Just…made me worried about sturdiness.Totally an awesome machine to have if interested in a meat grinder/food chopper/dough mixer. If never interested in meat grinding, might be a bit of a more strange set up than used to seeing.

Great but has a safety issue
I love this but the rubber bottom ring comes off really, really easily which makes this unsafe. I’ve turned this on and the rubber bottom came off and it spun out of control. The very sharp blade jumped out and cut me.

Very weak motor will not grind meat effectively
Might do OK if you do a cup at a time much more than that it stalls
