Great solution to mouth guard for exotoxis (extra bone under gums)
I am really pleased to have found this mouth guard. I have exotosis (bone growth under the gums) on my lower jaw. It is from grinding my teeth / clenching at night. Unfortunately it means I cannot use a device that fits over the sides of the bottom teeth, because it hits the gums where the bone pushes it out. This mouth guard allows me to use it with the front piece on my top jaw. It does not touch the sensitive parts on my lower jaw. It is soft and cushioning enough to help protect my upper and lower teeth from making contact while I sleep. It is slightly thicker and provides a longer section that provides protection than other brands I have tried. It doesnât irritate my tongue or cheeks. I was able to easily adjust the length with my fingers and still feel like the other adjustable sections will stay in place. With each guard being used up to one month, this is an economical solution to my problem!

My girlfriend has a pretty significant issue with bruxism (teeth grinding). I always feared that she was going to break a toothâ¦ultimately, she cracked a molar that had been previously repaired. Searching for the right mouth guard led me to this product. So glad to have found it. She can wear it all night very comfortably – and it provides significant protection – she wore the used one in the picture for 30 days before it ripped on one side. This seems like good value to us. Plus, she now has tangible proof of her bruxism issue (of which she really had no idea of itâs severity before).

Relief! (finally)
Iâll start by saying that (for context) I have a particularly extreme case of TMJ. I mean, when I go to the chiropractor (which is every week) the doctor can feel how bad it is, when he adjusts my jaw. The subconscious habit of grinding teeth during sleep, can be caused by various factors. Some people find relief in different ways than others. So take my advice with a grain of salt. Personally, Iâve found that regular acupuncture & chiropractor appt helps!! AND this mouth guard helps!! Iâve tried so many other mouth guards that totally sucked. OTHER brands were usually too bulky, caused a hard time breathing.THIS ONE is just right! Itâs slim, flexible, comfortable, stays put throughout the entire night. Not too tight or intrusive. Granted, these are temporary! Thatâs why itâs a multi-pack. Thatâs also because theyâre made of thinner material than bulky ones. If you look at my photos & video, you can see this is my first one I used for about ~2 weeks. There were some nights I forgot. But Iâm confident that if I remember to be consistent wearing these, I do feel better when I wake up, compared to not using it⦠the price is fair, considering how well it works. Much recommend! I will definitely buy more, when these are all used up.

Too large for my mouth and it is too soft and pliable. It collapses intside of my mouth while I’m sleeping. I woke a couple of times, feeling as though I might swallow it. The only nice thing about it is that it has good cushion.

Die Schienen sind im Prinzip genau das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe, jedoch ist das vordere âBandâ für mich etwas zu lang, wobei man die Schienen ja zurechtschneiden kann. Mit ein bisschen hin und her probieren und eingewöhnen findet da sicherlich jeder die richtige Lösung für sich ð Da ich spontan nicht ganz so zufrieden damit war, durfte ich mir alternativ noch eine andere Schiene aussuchen, habe die besonders dünne gewählt, und komme damit besser zurecht, sodass ich sie mir auf Dauer wohl auch nachbestellen werde. Sto usando il primo (la confezione è da 12) da circa un mese e non presenta segni di usura (ma immagino dipenda dall’intensità del bruxismo di ognuno), non ho avuto bisogno di tagliarlo e la tensione sulla mandibola si è ridotta. El mejor protector que he usado. Es fácil de cortar con tijeras, asà que se ajustó bastante bien a mis dientes irregulares. También quité la parte que cubrÃa las muelas más profundas, ya que la sentÃa demasiado gruesa. Tarda de dos a tres noches en acostumbrarse, después de lo cual se siente bastante bien. No es perfecto, pero es incluso mejor que mi antiguo protector nocturno hecho por el dentista.
