This is a really nice set for making hot or iced matcha. It comes with a bamboo scoop, a duck shaped rest for the scoop, a bamboo spoon, a stainless steel sifter, a bamboo whisk, and a ceramic holder for the whisk. A great value for all of this!The cardboard box isnât decorative, but it holds everything nicely and it is sturdy and looks nice enough that it could be wrapped and given as a gift. Anyone interested in exploring matcha would like this set. As a beginner, I canât judge accurately how the whisk/chasen compares to others, but after soaking it seems to me to do a great job and is a lot of fun to use. I feel so fancy!I would like to clarify that although the description and box note that the ceramic holder is red, it is pink. This seems to simply be a translation issue, since the picture shown is also pink, so I did not subtract stars since I received what I expected. All in all, I am very happy with this set! Good value!

Great starter set
I purchased this whisk set as a replacement for my old matcha whisk, which I have been using for a few years. I liked this set over others because it came with everything you need: whisk, whisk holder, mesh sifter, portioning spoon, stirring spoon – and even a little duck spoon rest! I don’t know the prong count of my original matcha whisk, but this replacement whisk with 76 prongs made a nice, light foam. The plastic container will be great for transporting the whisk when I travel!
