Works great with a Nespresso Vertuo machine
Nice hefty solid SS adapter. Works well with my Nespresso Vertuo machine using a variety of 3rd party original pods. By default, it brews espresso size drinks, but the machine can be programmed to make a larger size drink if you wish and will remember that setting for the next brew.Tip: I dap a bit of oil onto the o-ring to make closing the lid easier. If I need to remove the pod/adapter right after brewing, use a towel. It’s HOT!

Stopped working properly
I purchased this because I bought original pods by mistake. I have used it and after 3 uses it doesnât read the barcode properly. It not spits out the espresso and itâs cold, not hot. Itâs watery when it comes out with barely any crema. I hope the company sees this. I put it up for a while after using it twice, and Iâve gone back to it recently to find it doing this. Very disappointing because it was working and now it doesnât.

Made for espresso portions only
I didnât realize that this was designed only for espresso-sized portions so that was disappointing. Another reviewer here said that the machine can be programmed to make a larger portion so Iâll have to read the manual and figure out if that can be done. Until then, Iâll just have to keep running the machine multiple times to get a semi-decent portion.

Use those Nespresso Originalline capsules in your new Nespresso Vertuo!
I had 5 boxes of Originallike Nespresso capsules and didnât want them to go to waste. For the price of the adapter, I am able to save money by using what I already had. The adapter works perfectly. You place the capsule in the adapter, seal it closed with a click, and itâs easy to use! The coffee taste is perfect!

Great for Using Original Nespresso Pods, But Minor Issues
This adapter worked really well for using up a stash of original Nespresso pods I was gifted! It fits perfectly in my Vertuo machine and allows me to enjoy different coffee flavors without buying new pods.The only drawback is that I sometimes get a few coffee grinds in my cup, which can be a bit annoying. I also recommend hand washing it to avoid removing the barcode for smooth functioning. Overall, itâs a handy tool for Original line pod lovers using Vertuo machines, with just a few minor issues!
