Great frother!
I love this frother. It works really well. It’s much thicker than the hand held frother I used to use. The cold foam is my favorite. It comes out very thick and is perfect for my iced coffee. Cold foam is the video attached. 2 complaints: it does make a ticking sound when off, so you have to unplug it, and the minimum amount is just a little too much for one 8oz cup of coffee so I’m always wasting about an ounce of milk. I love that I can pop it in the dishwasher with the spinner attached and it stays on the whole wash.

E1 error code. No longer works
Edit March 2025: Was sent a new unit and it’s working great so updating to 5 star review. Just be mindful of minimum level of liquid to prevent overheating the base.Earlier review:E1 error code. No longer worksIt turns on for 3 seconds then displays code E1. Device no longer will work after around 25 uses.

Failed after a year
I used it occasionally to make hot chocolate, sometimes for dense milk. The hot chocolate comes out really good. After a year the buttons to select the type of milk you want failed to work. After very many tries the buttons will work. Also the marking of the buttons is almost completely gone. The marking started to fade after a short time. I have been using the machine once a week and not at all for some months. It was expensive, the failure now with the little use is very disappointing. I will not buy it again, also I liked the features.

Convection systems – easy clean up!!!
Love my morning cappuccino and this little machine makes it fun and easy. While the coffee brews it frothes any milk you like (1%, almond etc), a sprinkle of cacao on top and you have a barista style cappuccino and save money.

This frother is very easy to clean. A+This frother makes excellent frothy milk AND hot chocolate. A+I recommend it.I unplug it everyday as I notice a sound coming from the device when it’s not in use and it is shutoff. It’s a very soft noise. Probably totally fine to leave plugged in.

Beware: Hot Chocolate (Cocoa Powder) Melts Plastic Base
was satisfied with this frother but made hot chocolate using cocoa powder, and the clumps of cocoa powder somehow made it hot enough on the pot to melt the plastic base. the carafe was stuck on the plastic base until i had to twist and pull the metal carafe off the base.so buyer beware. everything about this frother was great until this happened, so maybe just avoid making hot chocolate

Easy to use. Questionable Quality
Easy to clean. Works well. BUT my biggest concern is the ticking sound that it makes whenever it’s off and left plugged in. The best way for me to describe it is that it sounds like an old windup kitchen timer. There is no reason for it not to be silent when in standby. I don’t know if it’s just the one I got or it’s by design, but anything that constantly makes a sound when in standby will not last long. Usually it results in something wearing out over time.

This milk frother has a nice stainless steel pitcher with a steel post to hold the whisk. There are multiple settings from cold frothed to hot frothed, hot chocolate, and even cold froth settings. There scrolling LED screen is a nice touch and the controls are straight forward and intuitive. We love this frother.
