Holder, pods, Seals!
You get everything in the listing. It fit OK in my machine. The stickers on top came loose. I like to do these ahead of time but the seals came off too soon. A nice idea!

Interesting concept, worked great in my Keurig. Easy to use
I have a Keurig machine and go back and forth between using regular K-cups or using those purple, refillable pods that you can use your own grounds. I thought this would be a nice go-between, I thought I could fill these up so they would just be ready to go every morning, as the convenience of K-cups is what I enjoy. Didnât quite work out, I didnât consider the fact the holder would have to have holes in it for the brewing, so if I do pack these up ahead of time, I would have stale coffee in the pods in a few days. My first pod I made, by the next morning the sticker lid had come loose. Might be user error and I just didnât press down enough. I used the little holder/sealer, but apparently I need to press down further. These are a good concept, but after I use up these lids I will stick with the little refillable pods.
