These mats are not dishwasher-safe. After being placed into a dishwasher, the mats curl and deform permanently. When hand-washing and allowing to air dry, drying takes remarkably long. The listing states they should not be washed higher than 40°C, which is only 104°F. That excludes all form of NSF approved washing methods, and precludes any commercial use. Even for home use, not being able to wash a bar mat in a dishwasher is just kind of gross.The other issue with these mats is they are made with a very odd, unspecified material that does not like to dry. At times, 12 hours later, the mats still retain water after hand-washing.Overall, I regret my purchase and would have gladly paid more for a higher-quality, washable, durable product.I’m rating these mats two stars instead of one, because the seller was at least honest in the listing by stating these will not hold up to anything warmer than bath water.Edit: Back to one star. The listing states these mats are “rubber.” They are not. Rubber mats withstand temperatures higher than 104°F. I’m not sure what these even could be. Maybe they’re made from used bubble gum?

Pretty and purposeful
After looking at several mats to put under my coffee maker I stumbled upon this beauty. Not only does the color compliment my kitchen, but the crevices contain any spilt coffee and protects my counters. I bought two smaller ones as well (one for the toaster and another for misc.). I have since ordered 2 more to place under my microwave. They also have the same color on the bottom of them as they do the top. This was a positive for me because so many of the other mats have a black rubber bottom. I can think of a few uses for the miscellaneous to include a reusable place to put my stirring spoon. Another large one would also be beneficial to have to put my kitchen aid on when Iâm using it. Lol if the company wants to send me more I wouldnât decline them to show other versatile ideas ð¤£. They could even go in the fridge. ðð
