I have an owala water bottle that I absolutely love, and decided to buy this for my friend as a Christmas present. She said that this is the best coffee mug she has ever used and even bought herself the smaller version after being gifted the larger size. I also decided to treat myself to one and I can say this is the best travel coffee tumbler/mug I’ve ever used as well. The cup fits in most car cup holders (even the strange Tesla ones). It is aesthetically pleasing and makes using it fun. It is ergonomic and functions well in terms of retaining heat/cold & minimizing spills. Even the sip quality is enjoyable- I have great control with how much coffee I want to sip and the ease with how I drink my coffee is lovely. Lastly it is easy to clean- you can truly break apart the whole owala so you don’t have to go through painstaking measures to get the whole mug cleaned (I’m talking about the weird crevices between the sliding features that I can never get with other travel mugs/tumblers). I’m not sure how else to describe the positive difference the owala makes compared to other travel tumblers- you may just need to try it for yourself!

Favorite Coffee Cup.
I have a million cups. They all have something I hate- i.e., parts that are difficult to clean, rubber rings that pop out and refuse to go back in, leaking, coating peeling (inside and out), not keeping the product hot, etc. This cup so far does not show potential for any of those things. The top screws on easily, the button works. Moved forward, it stops the flow completely (zero leaking). The color is beautiful (I got the cream with tan lid). The steel body keeps my coffee hot (4 hours is more than enough for me). I love sipping nearly through the hole at the top. Your lip sits comfortably on the top. Love the square/round mix of the shape, feels more sturdy when you sit it down. No handle makes it easier to put in my toteâs inside pockets, yet itâs easy to hold (I have small hands). I wash it by hand because it will make it last longer and Iâm not lazy. I did a lot of cup research & this is the one. Trust me⦠Itâs great. Buy it.

Leakproof, great heat retention and pleasing
This coffee carafe is great and my only regret is not getting one sooner! Iâve had a bad habit for years now of buying my coffee at work â I travel in on transit and was always worried about leaks or having a complicated assembly. But with the current economic downturn I finally bit the bullet and decided buying coffee was an expense I needed to cut from my budget, and set out to find a travel carafe that could do the job.This owala insulated carafe is GREAT! It is completely leakproof. It is not too complicated and disassembles for cleaning very easily. The spout is weirdly pleasant to drink fromâ no leakage while sipping! In just 3 weeks it has now paid for itself 3x over and I can make my own delicious coffee from home and not pay for overpriced bad coffee. Heat retention is great â itâs the perfect temperature for drinking by the time I get to work and stays that way for a few hours at least.#Protip: when it arrived I watched a video on disassembly because itâs not intuitive or like any other carafe Iâve had. You have to pop off the slider which at first feels like youâre breaking it. Youâre not. Moving and prying off the slider felt hard/rigid at first but becomes much easier with a few uses.

Really like this cup
I absolutely love this cup. It is really leakproof, really pleasant to drink from and fits in the car cup holder. It holds just enough for a hot beverage and keeps beverages hot for a while. I got the 12 oz one. It is extremely easy to clean, which was a big concern of mine. It feels sturdy and durable.

The color is cute! I use it for hot and cold drinks. Keeps liquids hot or cold for most of my work day. My only issue is: it’s hard to open and close the cover for the sipping area. It is definitely leak proof. I like that there were instructions in how to clean the lid and a QR code for a video. Easy to hold. The bottom is square, but it doesn’t affect fitting in cup holders. The cup is sturdy. My coworker knocked my tumbler off the table onto the concrete… and no dents!! Hoping this tumbler won’t rust after 3 months like my other Owala tumbler.

Amazing hard working cup!
This cup is considerably more expensive than most cups in its category but I loved the design and color & chose to select it. It’s a very very well made cup w re inforced metal facing and very high quality material and also the lid fits very securely and there’s 2 ways to sip a hot or cold drink in this. My hands are medium and not dainty like most women’s hands. I didn’t have too much problem grasping it but someone w smaller hands might. The mouth of the cup is quite large. I am very pleased with this item and know I have a well made item that holds a big cup of coffee or a cold beverage. The color, materials etc are impressive. I will be cherishing my new cup and it’s well worth the extra $ you pay for it.

Cute, Perfect Sized Mug
I love this mug! I waited for it to be on sale and when the price dipped I snapped one up. 12oz is just enough to get my coffee fix without over doing it. This Owala Mug is easy to clean AND put back together which I appreciate it. It truly is leakproof and I have had to test that feature a couple times during my morning school drop offs. As long as you close the opening, the code will stay warm for hours. My one annoyance is that the texture of the exterior makes many of my cheaper stickers and navel to properly stick. I do notice more high end/quality vinyl stickers do just fine. Overall, this mug is the perfect size for my needs and worth checking out!

perfect for my daily tea
Exactly what i was looking for. i love to have tea, but one little mug isn’t enough, this 20 oz does the trick. i put in 2 tea bags and use a long spoon to stir in the honey. i leave it uncovered for about 10min to cool and i taste it for the ultimate warmth. i put on the lid and it is the best way to drink my daily tea. The top has a closure so it won’t spill, in fact i can toss it in my work bag. The opening is right on the edge of the lid which is ideal when drinking and a little indentation for your bottom lip. love love love this!

Keeps my coffee hot, really good to drink from, doesn’t leak. Love the size. Usually with the 12 oz, it is filled to the brim making it difficult to put the lid on, this one allows me to have plenty of space at the top.
