    LOVE this BUZZ
Um, NEW FAVORITE COFFEE BEAN!I try not to be a snob, but I totally have a discerning palate; this one hits all the right notes for me, so smooth and satisfying from a pour-over, tastes AH-MAY-ZING when I add in a skosh of organic lion’s mane mushroom powder (so good for the brain and keeps me from getting jittery), a splash of heavy cream and a bit of sugar. Then you read the packaging and it’s fair trade and sustainable and supports small farming and the conscious consumer thing is what I have been wanting from my consumables for so long…just try it already!

    Great! Not acidic.
This is very good coffee that we bought out of state on a trip, we liked it so much we started ordering it on Amazon. Nice medium to light blend with low acidity.

A Good Mild Flavor With Strong Nutty Notes
This coffee has done an exquisite job of marketing. Fair trade, organic, ethical in every sense of the word. And whole bean at that so you’re bound to expect the best flavor- right? This particular flavor ‘Mind, Body, and Soul’ is one that my fiance and I enjoy but don’t necessarily swoon over. It’s a medium blend that isn’t necessarily extremely robust. Both of us prefer a darker stout flavor, but love trying new coffees (especially organic fair trade options), so picked this one up on a whim during an Amazon Pantry order. The coffee comes well-packaged in a traditional foil-lined bag that seals in freshness. It’s easy to peel open and can nicely be folded shut and secured with clamps that are a part of the package. Great for convenience and storage. The whole beans are nicely roasted and ready to be ground. This particular 12 ounce bag lasted the two of us about 9 days- but we are avid (almost alarmingly so) coffee drinkers. For a typical household I’d assume this bag would easily last 2 to 3 weeks. We tried this coffee with a drip coffee maker, French press, and electric coffee maker. It wasn’t quite dark enough to work with the drip coffee maker and the flavor was very mild and watery when paired with that method. The French press got the best flavor from this coffee and really allowed you to taste the mild nutty flavor. It almost has an almondy undertone. It’s not a sweet coffee and it certainly lacks a ‘punch’ that I appreciate. But it wasn’t bad and I’d highly recommend it for people who want something gentle but flavorful to wake up with.I think I would try other coffees from this brand and would probably really like their darker flavors. For people who really want a lot of kick to their coffee I wouldn’t suggest this particular one though. Great things about this particular brand include the fact they are fair trade and organic. They source their coffee beans from small locally owned farmers who practice natural farming. Although my coffee connoisseur attitude does inspire me to occasionally indulge in a new Starbucks option, I always feel much better when I’m conscious about what I buy and opt for brands that seem more aware of their farmers practices and wellbeing. Fair Trade is a great option for the ‘ethically aware’ coffee shoppers out there.I really have no major complaints about this coffee, just the particular flavor didn’t suit my fancy. Because it was advertised as having a chocolate undertone I figured it may be a more robust flavor for a medium blend- but that wasn’t really the case. The nutty malt flavor is much more noticeable. But, if that suits your fancy, this option is certainly the right one for you.

    Just…wow
The day I received this in the mail is the same exact day I used my last two scoops of coffee…it’s like they were watching me… 0.0Anyways, I couldn’t wait 20 hours before I had to drink this so I decided to just suck it up and call an all-nighter (considering classes just started up at my University).First of all, PACKAGING: What a cool and unique design! I’ve never seen a bag quite like this, in addition to being Organic and Fair Trade?! NEATO! It’s fun to read in the morning when you don’t want to read the sad and depressing news.Second, TASTE: The packaging states “1-2 Tbsp of coffee for 6 oz of water” [depending on your tasting]. I usually follow the “1 Tbsp. for every 4 ounces of coffee” rule. Yes, I like it strong, and black! The aroma of just the beans before the actual brewing (we’ve got chemistry) is so warm and delicious! The beans are nice and oily (lovely) and look like awesomeness. And finally, when you drink it, it leaves your mouth feeling full, and almost kind of chocolately and nutty. Remember this is just MY taste buds, they’re different from yours probably. There is little acidity (for those of you with a weaker stomach) and it is nice and BOLD. Your mouth with have a type of “film” around it after drinking this coffee. To put the taste in easier terms, think a lighter version of a “French Roast.”Last, PRICE : QUALITY: Hey, for $10, WORTH EVERY PENNY. Get it now. I’ll actually probably be buying the 3-pack after I finish this single-pack.Thank you so much for working with Fair Trade and being certified USDA Organic…my heros.

If you are a fan of Light Smokey coffee
I use a Jura to grind and brew coffee on a normal setting. The coffee produced good creama. The flavor – if you are a fan of Kickass Bold coffee but want a mild version of it then this is for you. This coffee, interestingly enough, doesn’t have much aroma. The flavor is a light Smokey flavor bordering on bold but doesn’t get there. I don’t like smokey coffee or even the hint of it. So, this coffee is a no go for me.

Do you LOVE rich, warm aromatic coffee with velvety smooth overtones and a touch of sweet molasses?
Then get a bag of this coffee and thank me later! My best friends have a roaster/cafe here in Seattle and serve up the BEST coffee I’ve ever had (Lighthouse/Cafe Solstice in Seattle) but this LoveBuzz is damn close… I prefer French press style coffee at 195 degrees (of course) with a medium coarse burr grinder but the espresso grind will also blow you away! If you prefer more of a burnt, chicory/sour taste – this coffee is NOT FOR YOU! This is like having a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer draped over you on a cold, winter morning!
