This is the perfect starter kit for making sourdough! It has everything. Itâs pretty self-explanatory. It comes with a jar. It comes with the hair net looking thing to cover the top, but itâs still breathable. It also has like the wooden top thatâs kind of airtight and it has the scraper spatula to scrape all the dough off of the glass. It has like a temperature kind of thermostat tape for the outside yeah itâs perfect

Great sourdough starter kit!
This is a great sourdough starter kit, the jar isnât huge but itâs great for maintaining sourdough starter. My favorite is the silicone spatula, itâs stiff enough to stir well. I also love the cheesecloth topper
