Nice little machine
Machine is easy to set up, looks great on the counter, easy to understand instruction manual, and so far excellent espresso. Certainly doesnât have the robustness of a Breville and feels a bit cheaply made in comparison but for the price I think what youâre getting is good.However one of my glass cups did come completely broken despite the bubble wrap.

Affordable and dependable
I wasnât a coffee drinker before I picked up a $40 âespressoâ maker (that was more like a good Americano maker) to test whether I was going to embrace the morning routine. That little tank lasted 7 years before giving up the ghost so I figured I was safe to upgrade. This machine took some learning, but Iâve been very pleased with the results â consistently good coffee with a lovely crema. To get the machine, grinder and accessories in an affordable package is a plus. Iâve seen a few negative reviews complaining that it broke down shortly after purchase and that has not been my experience. Iâve used it several times a day for almost 2 months now with no issues.

Great combo. Pleased with grinder and espresso machine. Draws a good espresso with quality crema. Unit looks good. The instruction booklet is clearly written but hyphenation is weird throughout , e.g. âbo-okâ. Shouldâve just not hyphenated anything :). Customer service was outstanding â answered quickly each time I reached out, and resolved my concern promptly.

Horrible performance used one time grinder never used.
I purchased this item in hopes that I would have finally found the espresso maker. I was looking for which was a machine that could handle and hold up to being used multiple times a day for years. To my dismay, this was probably one of the worst products that I had purchased. I had already previously sent several coffee makers back because they just werenât up to par. Maybe Iâm a little picky because I asked and wanted stainless steel. When I received the item. It was not stainless steel. In fact the only thing stainless steel on it Was the basket that you put the coffee in and place back on the espresso machine and proceeded to make your coffee. To be fair it did come with several tools which was nice. The rest of the machine, however, was Cream colored plastic, both the coffee machine and the grinder. I have been barista for a very long time and I suppose I have been spoiled because Iâve had in my opinion one of the best household worthy espresso makers for many years. I couldnât believe the quality I sent it back through the UPS drop off delivery station. To my dismay, Amazon says they never received the item and have charged my account $224.21. I have bought this coffee machine two times (according to Amazon) now and I donât own it not one or two. UPS says that it was delivered back to Amazon. It is as scanned and we received confirmation. I donât know what to do. What would you do privately PM ME.

I purchased this espresso grinder set to help me save money. And I have saved money this year!Instead of buying my espresso I am able to make a good espresso at home with this system. I know that some of the reviews talk badly about the grinder, and I have to somewhat agree. The grinder is a bit hard to work with. Make sure to read the instructions and keep your grinder clean. At times I have to knock the side of the grinder to help the beans drop down. This is the only reason I gave it a three-star. If the company improves the grinder I would give this a five-star review.The espresso machine is worth the purchase. Like I said I have saved the value of the machine over the past 6 months. I am able to make a delicious espresso each morning and I don’t have to buy a store-bought espresso. I make my own the way I like it! The machine is easy to use. It is self-explanatory. I highly recommend this machine to anyone who loves a good espresso and is willing to take 5 to 7 minutes to make their own. By the way, you usually have to wait 5 to 10 minutes to pick up your espresso on any given morning. And who wouldn’t want to save 6 dollars and 2 minutes of time?!
