Beautiful and sturdy
I love this tray.I had no idea just how well it would be made when I ordered it. I just wanted a nice tray for my home. Reviews don’t always tell the truth or even list all the good/bad qualities of an item.I looked at a lot of trays, read their reviews, weighted all the qualities and decided on this one.I am not disappointed.It’s large (for my purposes). Strong — can really hold heavy dish wear; shines with a little bit of food-grade moisturizer and the clincher is the four felt pads on the bottom to prevent it from scratching my wood table.I recommend this tray.

Nice Wood Tray
Made very nicely and wood looked good, not cheap. I am using it in a deep drawer that has a lip so I could make more use of that drawer, and it fit perfectly! Would definitely recommend and buy again if needed.

This tray is fine, but I was hoping for a bit better quality. the bottom buckles out a bit, so the edges don’t sit flush with the surface. It still holds stuff well though, just looks a bit off.

Itâs a handsome tray, seems well built, and just like the pic. No, it is not sealed because itâs a rustic look. I am using it for incoming mail and tv/music remote controls, because that is where I handle new mail, while watching something more fun. It is attractive and just like the pic.If you wanted to seal the interior, like to use it for drinks rather than snacks or something, it would be easy with a little satin sealer and a foam brush.Iâm buying more to store a few more items close by under my low couch. Scissors, tape etc.

Extraordinary
I’ve bought two of these. They are heavy with thicker wood than I expected. The wood has a beautiful grain, like walnut I would say. It’s simply beautifully made and impressive. I have lots of trays around the house. They are useful for organizing clutter and they are all over Pinterest if you want ideas. But of the ones I have, this is by far the most elegant. Simple lines, no ornamentation, just the handle holes and the gorgeous heavy wood.By tomorrow I will likely find an excuse to buy another.

Cracks in wood
The wood used for these trays look nice and are thick. Unfortunately it had a crack in it that you can see on the back near the handle in the center. Looking at it from the side you can see it goes straight through. I thought I just got a bad one so I ordered a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had the same type of crack in the same place, although smaller this time. It does not appear to have been damaged during shipping and doesn’t look like it was dropped. Another reviewer noted the same cracks in the same place. I don’t know if I’m getting that person’s returns or there is just something wrong with the wood it is made with as it looks like the cracks were there when the tray was made.
