It’s a pretty good product at a good price. Actually it’s a little pricey but it is stainless steel so it looks much nicer.

Stopped working after two weeks
Initially, it worked fine. After about two weeks it just stopped working. I followed every part of the instructions to the letter. Didnât submerge it to wash it, cleaned it after every use, and made sure all the min and max levels were met. After two weeks, plugged it in, filled it and pressed the heat button and all four buttons started flashing and hasnât worked since. Tried to contact customer service per their troubleshooting section in manual and got absolutely no where. I will absolutely avoid Hamilton Beach products from here on out.

AWESOME Hamilton Beach Electric Milk Frother & Warmer – Stainless
Frother is awesome, makes excellent foam. I use almond milk and it makes foam. Not all alternative milk will froth as good as others. My old one sucked and this one is great and looks nice too. I opted for the stainless steel and it matches my one cup on demand coffee pot. Foam lasts through entire drink. Awesome buy for a change!

Elegà esta espumera básicamente por la marca, ya que l conozco. Funciona muy bien para lo que se necesita, aunque la verdad para espumar leche es poco práctica ya que después hay que lavarla y es mucho trabajo para preparar un café, pero como digo, en su función en muy buena.

Great Frother
I bought this after a lot of searching. I use oatmilk so kind of hard. This product does frother some not as thick as i like but hot which i like bc i use French press. I love my previous one a lot but it was espresso original one which was expensive and nice foam and hot for oatmilk but they no linger make that and i read too many bad reviews kn the ones. But i like the Hamilton Beach, also very easy cleaning.

Love how easy it is to use, clean, and store. Currently using oat milk, and the froth is thicker and creamier. It just makes coffee taste better.

A Frother that doesnât froth
I am very disappointed in this frother. I purchased one in December of 2023 and it didnât work. I returned it and ordered another one later that month. It worked fine for about 6 weeks and now no longer froths unless you push down in the frother which is a messy thing to do. I will see if I can get a refund at this point and I donât plan to order the same item again.

I loved this UNTIL it stopped frothing with same milk after only four months!
It still heats, but that’s not why I bought it. I am just now getting to write this review and hopefully I can get some help with this. I used the same milk as always and it just stopped working one day. Tried it again with other types of milk. Not frothing.
