Perfect for Fresh Roasted Coffee
I bought these bags to hold my fresh roasted coffee, and have had zero issues. Easy to seal, sturdy to stand up with coffee, and is better priced than most other options.

They DO open up on the bottom
I noticed some reviewers mentioned these bags don’t expand at the bottom or stand independently… I can see why they thought so because the bottom does appear to be glued shut… but it isn’t! You have to separate the bottom (I used my fingernail) and pull it apart manually. It isn’t hard to do, just hard to recognize how it works upon first glance. The bags are high quality and the valves work. I recently ordered a small vacuum pump for it, but you can just squeeze as much air out as possible or maybe even use a household vacuum cleaner w/ hose attachment. I was also able to seal the top closed with my clothes iron using medium heat setting.

Good Price on Useful Product.
We have been using these bags for several months when roasting coffee for friends and family. Protects the product well, allows to off-gas, and easy to heat seal.Everyone comments on how nice it is to zipper the bag closed after unsealing. Well-made bags.

Great cofee bags. A little stout though.
Using these in my coffee roasting business. They work good however I needed to get a hotter model of sealer since my mid range one hardly phases them when sealing. Otherwise a great bag.

Great for coffee beans
So I just got into roasting my own coffee beans. I got these bags to off gas the newly roasted coffee and to give some as gifts. Bags are bigger than the amount I can roast at one time, but still great to have and the price was good. They seem to work great. The vent works and the top seal closes well, even after multiple uses.

Great overall, but it’s hard to close
I’ll cut to the chase. This coffee bag has its pros and cons, but is pretty good for the price. It’s sturdy, thick, and the gas valve is a must-have. Where it falls short, however, is the zipper pouch. It is damn near impossible to close. For some reason the zipper just doesn’t seem to want to close. I have to put all of my body weight on it to feel it click shut. But that’s probably the only shortcoming from this bag. Everything else is awesome. Solid 4/5.

It’s a coffee bag
I bought this because of the price. It works really well, seals really well, and it is able to vent. I recommend going with it.

These bags are great quality. I have used them only for freshly roasted beans, and they keep fresh for as long as I need them to.I use for 250g at a time, but they would hold more. They reseal well too, and I have used some bags for 3 or 4 lots of beans before the bag starts to look tired.
