Works well
I wanted a mug with a lid so it would keep my tea hot. The metal does the job well and with the lid on, it’s still warm after an hour (warm, not hot, buy a thermos if you want hot). Would be nice for the handle to be a bit thicker. The handle stay cool. The lid fits well to insulate and doesn’t slid off easily but it’s not a screw-top like a thermos lid. It’s obvious that if knocked over, the contents will spill out. The size of the mug is nice at 14 oz., large but not too huge, washes in the dishwasher, easier cleaning than a thermos. I highly recommend this.

Exactly as described
The write up describing the camping cup was spot on. Sturdy, beautiful design, built to last a lifetime

Decent solution. Needs better handle.
Unlike a conventional ceramic mug, if you try immediately sampling your hot tea or coffee, the aluminum edge will burn your lips. Design suggestion: put a low conductivity plastic ring or rim at the top edge of the mug to reduce burned lips. Make that rim with enough friction to more securely hold the lid.Does it help keep hot tea nice and warm longer than a typical ceramic mug? Pretty much so, though the insulation is not any sort of magic and the heat does bleed to the outside surface. That’s sort of nice if you are cold-camping and want a hand warmer. The top is fairly snug but not so much that it will prevent contents from spilling if the mug is tipped over. Not a bad solution for a small batch of soup, esp for using when camping or car-travel.The handle is too small in diameter, slippery, and a bit troublesome to grasp confidently. It could be larger and textured in some manner. But all told, it’s nicely made and a decent solution, and I’m keeping it. Might even give one as a gift.

Not insulated
This a a nice looking mug…but that is all. The top does not stay on and it basically is a cover.Look else where!

Keeps my coffee hot!
I actually use this in the office. I wanted something that wasnât plastic but had a lid to keep my coffee from cooling too quickly and this did the trick!

Nice coffee mug
Nice mug, easy to hold, keeps coffee warm for a good while. Just the lid was not so tall, looks like my salt and pepper shakers!

The lid doesn’t have a vacuum seal, so the condensate from a hot drink leaks all over the cup (while you’re holding it). And overall the lid is quite flimsy, doesn’t hold well, you can’t walk around holding the cup as everything spills. The handle is extremely uncomfortable. Overall I like the design and that it’s stainless steel but it’s dysfunctional as a travel/camping cup.
