    Most did well!
The echinacea and chamomile I put in flower pots and left outside and they germinated beautifully. The chamomile had a lot of die off as seedlings so they might be happier if allowed to get bigger and stronger indoors before bringing them outside. The lemon balm and mint I germinated inside under grow lights. The lemon balm had great results but very few of the mint germinated so maybe they would have done better with a heating pad. The lavender I just took out of the refrigerator and planted them in trays in a window and they are growing nicely, at least half have popped up. So great germination results for everything except the mint. I still have some seeds left so I will try again when it stays in the 80s outside and see if that helps the germination rate.

    SO FUN!
I bought the Herbal Tea Seed collection and planted and harvested the leaves/flowers for tea last summer (one year ago-2023). The seeds were planted in individual 12-inch pots and placed in direct sunlight. Although it took longer than what was written on the packages, the seeds all eventually germinated and I had full pots of herbs by the end of the summer, enjoying their harvest. I tried to over-winter the pots in an unheated, uninsulated building and the only plant that lived through was the Echinacea. This is no way a reflection of the quality of the seeds. I should have over-wintered them in a better place! I will order these seeds again and try it again, but use a different place for the winter. I consider myself a tea enthusiast and I really enjoyed making tea from these herbs and adding them to my other tea…. i.e. the mint to Green Tea. Definitely worth the time and effort it took for me!

Some good, some not that much
Grate value for the amount of seed I got. Echinacea sprouted amazingly, so is the lemon balm. Unfortunately only 8 plants if lavender sprouted and about same quantity if chamomile. From the whole package of mint seeds sprouted only 3. That was really frustrating as Mint was my main reason to buy this seeds at all. I’m pretty disappointed.

They will germinate if you have the right soil and place to plant them!
Almost all of my seeds germinated! I used a Judith Bloom seedling tray and Espoma SS16 Organic Seedling soil. I planted about 2-3 seeds in every section. My Mint and Lemon Balm did not sprout the first try, but they did with the second round of seeds. All I did was fill my seedling tray base with water and put them on a sunny windowsill. I didn’t even cover them to keep moisture in since my tray kept it constantly wet. Since a couple of them had all 2 or 3 seeds sprout, I even had to remove the extras to give one enough space to grow! I have since moved my Chamomile and Lavendar out of the seedling tray and into their own pot and I am excited to see them continue to grow. Still waiting on the others to get large enough before I move them (usually 2-3 sets of True leaves and when the cotyledons start to fall off).

A good purchase and worth a go
This was surprisingly simple and the seed viability was great. I just sprinkled a line of each type of seed according to the depth they recommend. Except the lavender because I didn’t want to grow it, because I’m picky about the smell I like in lavender. Within a few days each row of seeds sprouted in great amounts. I’m 100% sure at this point that I have lemon balm, echinacea, mint and distinctive leaves of chamomile but well see if it is chamomile when it flowers. They are still small but doing well.

    WARNING: NOT ONE SEED GERMINATED
I planted these weeks ago and not one seed germinated. Not one. I am good with plants. I have a green thumb. I planted morning glory and moon flower seeds at the same time that I bought at Walmart 3 years ago and about 1/3 germinated. I also planted seeds I bought from Wish and some germinated. I expected that some of those would not germinate. What I didn’t expect was seeds that I bought this year and immediately planted in starter soil in my greenhouse to do nothing. Not one seed germinated. If I could’ve gotten one plant from each packet of seeds I would’ve been (marginally) satisfied. But … nothing. I am NOT HAPPY that I wasted my money, and now it is too late in the season here to start over.
