In the endless war over the best cup of coffee, I’ve planted my flag on the cheap drip coffee maker with cone basket. That plus filtered water and whole bean fresh ground is a happy compromise between flavor and cost. I taste a slight difference between white and brown(these) filters and I lean towards these. I don’t taste anything ‘papery’.
