Excellent product.
I owned and used a similar frother (a different brand) for a little over two years to make lattes until the whisk quit spinning and I had to replace it.While this model initially seemed to be almost identical to the last one, it’s actually an upgrade for me. I use the frother at the lowest speed (meant to heat the milk without generating much froth) but the last one generated more froth than I wanted. This model works correctly, thus saving both time and milk.

Easy to use . Settings easy to understand . Makes my froth in the time my Keurig makes my cappuccino. The cold froth is great on ice coffee . I sometimes add a bit of sugar to the froth and it dissolves well . I use whole milk but have tried 2% with same good result . Love the color . Easy clean up with included brush .

I really like the function and quality after using for a couple of weeks but my only complaint is that the inside material is not completely non stick. You do have to rinse well and scrub each day. The milk that sticks to the finish will burn when you use it a second time if you donât scrub. The sponge scrubber that comes with it is not very useful but the spatula is very nice.

Broke after 31 days
This Frother shorted out the electrical outlet and stopped working. I tried it with several different outlets (with nothing else plugged in) and it works for 15 seconds, then shorts out. Couldn’t return because it became defective 31 days after purchase – Amazon only gives 30 days. Go for the more expensive one – like Nespresso
