How do you make a cappuccino or latte coffee？
Please use D*G* or SBK* milk capsule + espresso capsule to brew fancy coffee drinks, first put in the milk capsule and choose 5-7 gears to brew milk froth, then add espresso capsule and choose 1-3 gears to brew, it’s that simple!
How do I choose the right amount of water for my coffee?
We have seven levels of water volume, and we recommend gears 1-3 for Espresso, gears 5-7 for milk capsules and decaf beverage capsules, and gear 7 for Americano, or if you need more, brew it again

Why are coffee temperatures low in the winter?
When the ambient temperature is below 10°C, the S.S filter and the coffee cup absorb heat very strongly, it is recommended to insert an empty pod + S.S filter rinse for the first cup, which warms the cup and heats the pod and the S.S filter.

Overall great Espresso Machine for family use
I have been very satisfied with this espresso machine. The design is sleek and modern, and the overall build quality feels solid and reliable. The temperature has been excellent, I always preheat the machine by running hot water through it without a capsule beforehand, and that ensures a hotter brew. Great multifunctional coffee maker
I bought this because I wanted a machine that did drip coffee, k-cups, and Nespresso pods. I was a little uncertain because of some of the negative reviews, but a used one came up for a good price so I thought why not try it. I actually really like it! It is small, so some tall coffee mugs may not fit (keep that in mind) but it has worked well for all 3 uses that I wanted it for. It does leak a little bit when I turn it on, but itâs not that much and I just wipe it up with a paper towel. I would say itâs about the same noise level as a Nespresso Essenza Mini, so a little noisy but not bad. If youâre looking for a versatile machine that serves one person at a time, this is worth it!

Great Little Espresso Machine
I have used this machine daily for several months now with ZERO issues. It makes a good double espresso or lungo. I like how easy it is to setup, use, program and how it makes nice frothy top espresso with deep flavor.I took off the little cup stand with the drip catcher so maybe that’s why I don’t have any issues with the rattling and cups moving around like some of the reviews said. Also the espresso is hot enough for me but I admit it’s not boiling but I don’t like to wait to quickly drink my espresso so it’s okay for me.I bought it for it’s flexibility but I ended up only using if with Lavazza grounds, the espresso is much better with grounds than using the KCup.I’m super happy with it and would recommend it.Frank

Older version was fine, but this is consistently cold
I have the older Kotlie (brown design) that is excellent, just has a height restriction on cups since the base is not removable like this one is. I was excited with the redesign and tried this on sale. Unfortunately, most coffees made with the Keurig adapter or the Nespresso one (the main two I make) come out cold and I need to put them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds immediately. I’m sure that affects the flavor profile. I know they make a big effort of explaining cup height but that just isn’t it. I tried two units (Amazon was very patient with letting try these out) and both behaved the same. They need to tweak their heating system. I did not try running water once through before making my coffee because, I’m just not going to do that. You should be able to make a cup without having to make a dry run and without having to microwave it before drinking (note, I always add milk). Older unit as I said was excellent and if anything espressos were very hot and required a minute to cool, but I’ll take that over cold any day. Plan to try their other model as I really like this concept and like the company and hope they can sort this out.

Great option
This espresso’s coffee machine is very practical, you can use Nespresso pot, Italian and ground coffee for Cuban coffee, I would not recommend using k-cup as the base wouldnât hold a regular size cup, itâs just for small espresso cup. Overall itâs easy to use and has a good heat level and pressure for foaming coffee.

Can NOT push down the handle too hard for an older person ðª
2 stars because it does not tell you that you will need the strength of man to close it !!! I bought this for my 82 yr old mom and she absolutely can Not use it nor push down the plunger handle to make a k pod cup of coffee ð and it’s so short you can just get a reg 10oz mug under it with taking off the cup holder . It’s functional attributes -5â’s , and it’s Loud make the same noise as my Naspresso makes when making a great espresso…

I have mixed feelings about this coffee machine. On the plus side it has a compact footprint and can take a variety of pods as well as ground coffee, which is what we wanted to replace our messy mug top filters and existing branded pod machine. Size wise it’s not much bigger than the filter jug so takes up about the same space as the old machine. The various cartridges are easy to use but do require extra storage space.On the down side the coffee temperature isn’t great. Even when preheating as suggested it does not produce coffee as warm as the other machine, and having to do so makes the process take longer. However, the advantage of that is the coffee has a smoother taste.If you’re looking for a multi function coffee machine and have limited space this is a good option, just be aware of the temperature issue.

I treated myself this particular coffee machine after reading reviews and i liked the fact you can use loads of different types of drink pods really pleased with this machine only thing i would say is to use bottled water if you live in a hard water area .
